i love this! many people would look a guy like steve aoki and say "ah, he is just partying!" they dont get the mindset and hard work that is needed to get where he is now. i look at EVERYONE who is successful and try to learn from them. hopefully that will help me succeed at last as well.

The successful implementation of any idea falls into 3 Distinct Phases:
1. Germination - this is usually the exciting part; getting started; many of us thrive in this stage because the hard work hasn't really started!
2. Assimilation - the much tougher stage; the (really!) hard work; the rejection; the tenacity to continue can be too demanding. So we go back to Germination with a new "exciting" idea and the pattern starts all over again!
3. Completion - you've moved through Stage 2 and now see the finish line (for now!) and keep up until you get over the line. Many people don't actually enjoy completion - because then the result can be "judged" - plus there's now a demand for a new focus to create and take action on.
This is a very simple model but the key is to identify your strengths and weaknesses in each stage - and work at developing those strengths and managing the "weaker parts".

These clips really demonstrated the benefits of being self-motivated. It’s harder some days than others, no one’s perfect, but the payoff of consistency is so much greater than waiting in hope without taking action. Awesome topic!

These people in the top ten vids come from so many different industries and look so different to me (I'm a very unstylish maths UA-camr) but the wisdom that comes out them is so relevant to me. I liked everything in the vid but the two things that I remember most is the bit about having so much energy at 40, because I'm almost there, and the stuff about giving away stuff for free, for a cause, and for creativity, rather than for money, which comes anyway in the long term. Thank you so much for another brilliant video Evan!

Well im currently learning to struggle, and im learning to focus more on my creativity, but for me executing is something I need to do more and I am currently taking steps to do that. I am very hungry and super fucking tired of me and my family losing. Im thinking of what I can do differently on this platform but Im sure with these Ideas they will have to come out with time as I grow and etc. IM CHASING MY DREAMS LIKE AN ADDICT! Believieng I can get there seems to be my greatest struggle not because of me but because of the neccesities to get there ya know...So theres alot in this one Im going to take action on.
