2006 350 dually 4x4. I think it's too heavy for ours. Bed weight matters?

The weight distribution of the camper is about 60% rear axle and 40% front axle. So rear weight is just under 3000 pounds. The addition of air bags or Rancho shocks is always a good idea and strong recommendation. While it doesn't increase payload, it does enhance the ride.
