Aisha said, 'What is As-Sam?' He said, 'Death." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5687) Healing for all diseases: I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, "There is healing in black cumin for all diseases except death." (Sahih al-Bukhari 5688) Heart problems: Aisha used to recommend at-Talbina for the sick and for such a person as grieved over a dead person. She used to say, "I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, 'at-Talbina gives rest to the heart of the patient and makes it active and relieves some of his sorrow and grief.'" (Sahih al-Bukhari 5689) Our Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best medicines you may treat yourselves with are cupping and sea incense.' Synthetic vinegar are used as cooking help not for direct consumpation . Take apple cider or any fruit vinegar instead please .
