Inner Being desire is for you to be in a receiving mode to accept and allow your wonders to your world. Summary: - Meditate to quiet the mind (allow cork to float, receiving mode), and write appreciation in everyday things -> going into a state of satisfaction and contentment. Be in alignment to attract everything that you desire (be happy, at peace and in appreciation mode - whatever it takes to get there). Personal Journal: - Meditation has been helping me a lot in terms of quieting my mind (cease negative thoughts), and put me into a visualization mode of all the wonder that comes to my mind that inspire me of the future more than the past and the old reality. It puts me into a state of appreciation (being align or the state fulfill), and staying in this mode after meditation is key. Where meditation helps starts alignment, but after meditation to stay align through appreciation of small things and mental effort to be in grattitude is important (otherwise the meditation would be wasted by going back into a below satisfy state of being. Where feeling good everyday is the objective, and finding small happiness in your daily life, to the point that you forget about your manifestation (no longer needing it as a solution to your current life, but it just becomes a bonus, where you dont need it, but it would be nice to have - letting go). And as I meditate to bringing myself into alignment (Step 3), then its about staying in alignment (Step 4), and not letting daily contrast bring me out of alignment (Step 5). And where Step 1 (Contrast/Ask), and Step 2 (Receieve/Done) is automatically done for me by my Inner Being (building of the Vortex via my contrast to life and then knowing what I want). It’s my only job to stay align and be in the receiving mode, vibration, to what I desire, because my desire is vibrating at a higher frequency than I am (low vibration and low quality of life). And when I lift my vibration to match my Vortex, my Inner Being, I will attract all the good that had been stacking and building up in my Escrow of desire. To cash it out, is to be align with the vibration of the good life, which is peace with self, contentment with life and joy. Manifestation is the art of learning to be happy. Where impulses and intuition will help guide me in the path of least resistance, and allow me to building happy momentum towards alignment more each day. Where learning to stay align is a process, a journey of slowly removing barriers of limited beliefs and bad habits, and injecting more positive affirmation to change my self-concept (self awareness of my identity in life). Where I am building the ultimate version of myself via the opinion of thoughts I tell myself daily and staying in a high and positive emotional vibration. 1. Meditate (Step 3: alignment) 2. Stay appreciative and focus on good feeling/thouguhts (Step 4: staying in alignment) 3. Staying in alignment despite contrast (Step 5: contrast no longer bother me). When they were talking about acknowledging source at all times throughout the day, making a habit of engaging in faithful dialogue with it… That is exactly how I want to spend every moment. This is so true. The more I do the more resistance I meet internally and externally in so many ways. I’m surprised at how do less brings me more.
