Creating A Mileage Allowance Pay Type

This video shows how to set up a non-taxable mileage allowance using Custom Pay Types in Thankyou Payroll. Note: this reimbursing allowance is only non-taxable if the IRD rate is used. Anything over this rate would be taxable and require a second custom pay type creation.
