Hi there, thanks for this video, however I am a bit puzzled by one thing . From the images it looks as though the internal loop is electrically in contact with the big external loop. This astonished me because all the magnetic loop antenna designs I have seen around do not have this electrical contact. The internal loop is always isolated from the external loop, just magnetically coupled. Is there a particular reason why you couple them electrically ? Regards Yves.
hello, I have not found any differences in tx by electrically joining the two loops. there is a slight improvement in tx on the higher frequencies. In addition, by not placing the insulator, the antenna becomes more mechanically stable and cheaper
