Mama Juice, I worked with fresh fruit and vegatables for many years. Rub baking in your fruits and vegetable in very cold water because there is a film of wax/spray on them. Dark vinegar should be used on fruits that you can see the seeds in the outside. Rinse in very cold water. Also wipe your groceries. Too many hands touch them before you get them.
I love how she just getting so comfortable in front of the camera now she should be so shy looking but now she’s just so comfortable. I love it for her.

Yall have those flies and we start getting the elder bug flies they’re red and black and they be all over the place so I have learned to just get my spray and spray outside of my house and inside of my house to around spring time for all the bugs so I don’t have to worry about it during the spring for winter. Well, winter really doesn’t matter but I’m protected because I can’t stand bugs.😜😜😜 I remember being down in Houston one year back in the late 80s and it was a epidemic of flying roaches. Oh my God.!!!🫣🫣🫣🫣👀👀👀👀🤣🤣🤣 Yeah bully I’m back at it myself on the workout tip. Got to get these gains back in! You keep me inspired!! I’m glad to see y’all looking good and looking healthy. Farm fresh eggs are better because they aren't eating junk. Same with any dairy products. By local - organic. Ask the farmers what their critters eat. More often than not it's the additives that cause allergic reactions - lactose intolerance etc. Love to all 💚🐣
