Hi back, I didn't get to use the gym unfortunately, but I did put my head around, it was clean and nice with exercise machines they did have running machines too. I would recommend to use definately, U can also run on the beach side A lot of people go on the beach to run we walked so far on the beach. I hope you will enjoy it I'm already thinking about going again that's how much I loved it. 😊
