I like both so much! it depends on the set up really, if it is fairly balanced with out using up all my rail space with weights then id opt for baker wings with the additional rail space, the reason being is you can more easily adjust your rifle's cant into an imperfectly leveled/settled bag since the bottom of the wings sit a 1/4" above the arca rail. The grayops plate is awesome for setups that are too rear heavy to balance even when using all the rail space for weights (like the fx impact) its a heavy plate and adds alot of weight/surface area to help hold your rifle on a bag without it wanting to fall backward or sideways, it also has a lot of real estate when using your support hand to hold the rifle down into the bag.
