Very meaningful, I've learned alot about lion dance. As a trainer of 5 lion dance teams. Hoksan, Futsan style, and Dragon dance, I would like to rate a 5. Mua rat la hay, cam on rat nhieu, Minh duoc hoc hoi rat nhieu qua kieu mua' nay. xin tang video 5 sao.
Just so it's cleared, I enjoy doing a mix of traditional chinese lion dancing (tho I prefer to call it lion dancing because it is now a world sport) with contemporary Sar Ping. I love what I do and I love the culture but I can appreciate diversity, at least my own.
No offense but I think the term you're looking for is "influenced" not "copycats." Chinese culture is also influenced by other cultures. The so-called "Chinese lion dance" actually derived from somewhere in the Middle East. Lion dance is a good looking sport so you can't put other cultures down when they try to fit it into their cultures. That's like saying American Football is copy of Rugby. I would say it is greatly influenced by Rugby.
now in vietnam u barely see this type of lion dance its very rare 2 see
this is royal lions it been rare back in the old day cause back then only royal and guest see this , now day it mostly for tourist lol
