    I made this dish with a taste of ITALIAN style 🇮🇹
    This kind of cake is under baked to get the molten pistachio chocolate inside. This dessert is perfect for birthdays, holidays, valentines or in any special occasions.
    Is much easier to make than you think. The one thing you need to give attention is the cooking time. Don’t over cook or you won’t get a molten chocolate in the center.
    I tried a lot of times before I get the perfect lava cake. It’s all depend on your oven and the size of the ramekins. I recommend to do a test before you cook a lot of portion. Try one ramekins to make the test.
    Don’t used the metallic ramekins for this dessert. If you used this you won’t get the magic of this fantastic mini dessert of lava cake

    Hello!! Is it possible to freeze these!? If so, how long should I bake them for from frozen?

      Hi, yes it’s possible to freeze it. When you need to cook it from frozen i advice you to preheat the oven at 180 degree and cook it for 13 up to 15 mins in the middle part of the oven. So the result will be perfect. Let me know if I help you thank you.

      I use regular size ramekins is that okay? Im having a hard time with this recipe. Its the 2nd time i try and its just not rising for some reason. It takes much longer

      @@steph0518 hi it’s about 3 to 5 minutes. Hmmm 🤔 just want to ask is the egg is out of the fridge or inside of the fridge? The egg must be room temperature before you beat it. Cause if not it won’t assemble correctly.

      @@steph0518 the regular one is perfect. I think the reason it wont rising maybe how you whipped it. It should be rising the egg while you whipping it then when you add into pistachio cream you should be very careful while mixing it. You should mix it from under the bowl into top in the same way (without changing how you mix it ) let say mix it in circular way down up, down up. So the egg won’t deflate. When you cook it. it will be rising from the heat of the oven. Remember don’t over cook it. You need to set a timer for 10 mins first then stay there for 2 minutes then at the 13th minutes take it off in the oven and let it cool. I hope I can help you for this. ☺️
