Clicked on this video in a heartbeat. I bought this game after working a minimum wage job for a while and i slightly regret it because of sbmm. I went 45 and 8 in my first game. All my consecutive games feel like a World Championship match.
To play against Christmas noobs just loose a few a games like 4-5 games with like a average 1.0 kd and you will be put with bad players for about like 6-8 matches.
I remember I ran into Kor3anSavage in a BO4 lobby, I told him that I liked his vids and told him I'm about to slap him up... dude backed out of the lobby so fast it wasn't even funny... when I found out what he really was, I unsubbed and immediately took a shower, disgusting human being.

SBMM sucks but I'm glad these protected lobbies exist. There are little kids or people with disabilities/accessibility issues who should have the opportunity to have fun. Match the bottom 10% of players together in the protected bracket, then mix the other 90% together as normal.

I’ve had this theory on cod SBMM for awhile: cod tracks your Xbox account and uses your overall account for SBMM. That’s why a lot of us old timer cod players from cod4-bo2 are struggling. Modern war fare also had the same issue I noticed. While being a sniper/quickscoper my KD can suffer more than my skill suggests, but my friends who have near identical KDs overall but who just use casual weapons and who haven’t been longtime players have noticeably different skill based matchmaking even though we have similar stats on a new cod. I feel like every cod I buy from literally my very first game on in in a high pool of SBMM, not the bot lobby type shit these content creators encounter. Idk how they do it but it’s like we all have a secret gaming profile activision tracks on some CIA shit

I got the Combat Knife gold in a day and it was probably the most fun I've had playing so far. But I've also been grinding launchers so that was horrible. The only downside is dealing with campers every game because you have to be point blank.
My aim is weird for some reason and when an enemy runs into point blank range, I'm unable to turn quickly. Feels like a resistance... I swear there is some type of cheat in this sbmm systems. Doesn't want me to stomp the lobbie

I’ve been playing cod since Mw2, and I’m obviously much older now, full time job, wife and kid; And what I don’t understand is how my couple hours of play time, pairs me up against people who have days of play time. I feel like I’ll never be able to enjoy the multiplayer in this game.
A friend of mine was allready doing this in Black ops 2. he had 2 tv's, 2 xboxes and dropped about 20 nukes every day. he even got banned for a 176-1 gameplay on CTF

That protected bracket’s existed for forever now so literally in any COD game you can get into those lobbies by reverse boosting. Even the older ones. We only put attention on this in games where we feel like SBMM is strong like in AW and MW

The knifing is pretty nice: the animation is decent, the hit detection is good, there is a smidge of lunge, and the hawks slap... they fly straight and fast and the animation is quick. It’ll never be BO2 Fast Hands good, and they nerfed the running speed down to 100% but passable.

I must be on the edge of the "beast" tier and the average guy tier. I get lobbies like Xclusive gets where a merciless+ is no problem. I also get the lobbies where guys are running snipers at close range more effectively than mp5s and flying around. I'm generally positive in both sets. Maybe I'm lucky.

I've tried playing beta on pc. There was NO typical 10 levels bracket. I immediately saw lvl 20-30 in my FIRST match (because of ps4 players who played earlier beta). This clearly shows that CoD account system is tracking and implying data about player skill and playstyle between games.
Ace was using his bot account to gather data for his SBMM tests. It was hilarious because he was actively trying to die and couldn't, they just wouldn't kill him.
Until i learned about sbmm through MW lifecycle i was always so dumbfounded by how content creators vids looked so effortless. I've dropped nukes in some previous cods but i only hit a 26 gun streak for MW n still haven't beat it. I would constantly try to get better but never felt like i got any better when most games we're so challenging. I have 1.44 true KD on cold war atm n my games are hella tough
Thunder, the c4 is decent but u HAVE TO use it with gung ho. For some reason they really feel like your lobbing 300 pound lead bricks. It is a really bad piece of equipment without it. Also, sprinting while you throw it makes it travel wayyyy farther. Its a get a feel for it kind of thing .
Knifers with smoke on Nuke Town are preeety strong. Had several lobbys yesterday with partys of knifers, they ripped it all up. Trick is to position yourself in the “open corners” of the map to create distance. They move fast and have a long reach, you litterally cant react in the houses.
It never surprises me the length some people will go to in an attempt to look good at cod. That's all they are doing, is looking good, doesn't mean they are.
You're about to find out that ninjas do do in this game too. They still hear you on the field Mike and it's not going to stop somebody from one shot at you with a sniper rifle after you've hit him five times
Default class gameplay is cool, but have any of yall ever done the base weaponry challenge? I only use my weapons without attachments. That's pretty fun. As for the kids in the lobby Ace found, they were most likely and surely, little kids. Some 5,6,7 year old kids get to play cod nowadays, and this is what they do when they just want to play online. They walk around cluelessly trying to shoot things without utilizing any tools. Ave reverse boosted so hard that he was put into an entire lobby of 6 year olds, the lowest you could possibly go in terms of player skill matchmaking.
I’ve been exploiting this nonstop to get my diamond camos in snipers. All you have to do is get average kd ratio in match and loose like 4-5 matches on purpose and you will be put in 💩 lobbies with 💩 players for about like 6 matches. Good luck fellas 👌🏽

I remember my first Call of Duty... It all started on Black Ops 2. I was really... really... really bad at the game. I played with my best friend one time and he called me out on how bad I was. I went 2--18. Even zombies, I'd go down at least 10 or 15 times before round 5. Man I was bad. But I tell you what, it took me several months to get good at the game. I remember my first good game, I even got the final 2 kills for my team. I was using the Remington throughout the whole game, then I picked up the Skorpion evo for the final 2 kills to go 13--14. Ok yea it wasn't the greatest, but at the time I had thought it was good. I kept getting slapped. Spanked even and camped some. Then someone told me something. Just keep running straight. Don't stop for a Second. Just keep rushing and your bound to come out with a lot of kills eventually. And sure enough in time, I did. I kept rushing. But as COD grew older, it seemed to me like everyone I was playing against either camped or held down a room by sitting in a corner looking at the entryway or walking back and forth of both entrances just waiting for someone to come to them. This was annoying. This is what frustrated me. This is when I realized I was playing with a bunch of Wussies. They care so much about their K.D. Its downright disgusting. Like your not going to get any money for having a 2.0 K.D or higher. Get up, move your feet, and quit running out the clock. Quit sitting back and waiting for people to come to you. You aim is good, so why camp? Or is your aim trash when moving and the only way you can really aim is without moving? I just want to thank everyone who slapped my ass back on Black Ops 2 for my first year playing. I seriously wouldn't have gotten better because of it. And when I got an Xbox One and Black Ops 3, Black Ops 3 you guys still showed no mercy with the extra movement mechanics. I had to learn new things and get better at that game too. Didn't take as long as BO2, but it took a out 2-3 weeks to get good. I'm by no means the absolute best, I don't sweat when I play, but I feel like I'm at least above normal. My best game to this day is 55--1 on Firing Range on Black Ops 4 in the Sniper Only Mode. The most kills I've gotten on Black Ops 3 was 96 on Combine playing Safeguard. On WWII it was 107 in the Shipment Playlist. My best FFA to this day was 30--1 Yemen on Black Ops 2. I've only had 1 nuke throughout all the Call of Duty games and that was in a Shipment match on WWII. My highest streak on that nuke was 37. I'm not the best, but I do feel confident enough to say I'm good at the game. Well at least when people aren't sitting back and pre aiming corners or doorways, waiting for someone to come to them in order to make use for their right trigger.

I’ve had this theory on cod SBMM for awhile: cod tracks your Xbox account and uses your overall account for SBMM. That’s why a lot of us old timer cod players from cod4-bo2 are struggling. Modern war fare also had the same issue I noticed. While being a sniper/quickscoper my KD can suffer more than my skill suggests, but my friends who have near identical KDs overall but who just use casual weapons and who haven’t been longtime players have noticeably different skill based matchmaking even though we have similar stats on a new cod. I feel like every cod I buy from literally my very first game on in in a high pool of SBMM, not the bot lobby type shit these content creators encounter. Idk how they do it but it’s like we all have a secret gaming profile activision tracks on some CIA shit

I got the Combat Knife gold in a day and it was probably the most fun I've had playing so far. But I've also been grinding launchers so that was horrible. The only downside is dealing with campers every game because you have to be point blank.

My aim is weird for some reason and when an enemy runs into point blank range, I'm unable to turn quickly. Feels like a resistance... I swear there is some type of cheat in this sbmm systems. Doesn't want me to stomp the lobbie

its the aim assist. try switching to dynamic aim assist in your settings and see if that helps. also adjust your sensitivities.
Switch aim assist to dynamic also go down to minimum right stick and left stick theshold put it down to 2 it’s on 7 right now

I’ve been playing cod since Mw2, and I’m obviously much older now, full time job, wife and kid; And what I don’t understand is how my couple hours of play time, pairs me up against people who have days of play time. I feel like I’ll never be able to enjoy the multiplayer in this game.

My first game was super sweaty cause I’ve played cod on this before. Next game after people weren’t even shooting back at me. I can finally rush. Everyone in these lobbies just rushes around no more head glitching checking every corner needed.
That protected bracket’s existed for forever now so literally in any COD game you can get into those lobbies by reverse boosting. Even the older ones. We only put attention on this in games where we feel like SBMM is strong like in AW and MW

Why can you have 6 perks with two 5 attachment weapons to begin with. In the pick 10 system you had to make tradeoffs, but this has zero downsides.

The knifing is pretty nice: the animation is decent, the hit detection is good, there is a smidge of lunge, and the hawks slap... they fly straight and fast and the animation is quick. It’ll never be BO2 Fast Hands good, and they nerfed the running speed down to 100% but passable.
Dead silence ain't even that good when there are spy planes up most of the game. Too many to constantly shoot down. Cod has been a big let down.

I get lobbies like Xclusive gets where a merciless+ is no problem.
I also get the lobbies where guys are running snipers at close range more effectively than mp5s and flying around.
I'm generally positive in both sets. Maybe I'm lucky.

I've tried playing beta on pc. There was NO typical 10 levels bracket. I immediately saw lvl 20-30 in my FIRST match (because of ps4 players who played earlier beta). This clearly shows that CoD account system is tracking and implying data about player skill and playstyle between games.

Until i learned about sbmm through MW lifecycle i was always so dumbfounded by how content creators vids looked so effortless. I've dropped nukes in some previous cods but i only hit a 26 gun streak for MW n still haven't beat it. I would constantly try to get better but never felt like i got any better when most games we're so challenging. I have 1.44 true KD on cold war atm n my games are hella tough

Thunder, the c4 is decent but u HAVE TO use it with gung ho. For some reason they really feel like your lobbing 300 pound lead bricks. It is a really bad piece of equipment without it. Also, sprinting while you throw it makes it travel wayyyy farther. Its a get a feel for it kind of thing

Knifers with smoke on Nuke Town are preeety strong. Had several lobbys yesterday with partys of knifers, they ripped it all up. Trick is to position yourself in the “open corners” of the map to create distance. They move fast and have a long reach, you litterally cant react in the houses.

Dang Thunder, you are so stubborn with that Ninja requirement. Go to the Nuke Town 24-7 lobby, YOU DO NOT NEED Ninja there. Take advantage of the Weapon Double XP and go nuts. I've gotten just about every Sub, Assault, and LMG up to lvl 15-20 this weekend. (and leveled up fast as well)

I remember my first Call of Duty...
It all started on Black Ops 2. I was really... really... really bad at the game. I played with my best friend one time and he called me out on how bad I was. I went 2--18. Even zombies, I'd go down at least 10 or 15 times before round 5. Man I was bad. But I tell you what, it took me several months to get good at the game. I remember my first good game, I even got the final 2 kills for my team. I was using the Remington throughout the whole game, then I picked up the Skorpion evo for the final 2 kills to go 13--14. Ok yea it wasn't the greatest, but at the time I had thought it was good. I kept getting slapped. Spanked even and camped some. Then someone told me something. Just keep running straight. Don't stop for a Second. Just keep rushing and your bound to come out with a lot of kills eventually. And sure enough in time, I did. I kept rushing. But as COD grew older, it seemed to me like everyone I was playing against either camped or held down a room by sitting in a corner looking at the entryway or walking back and forth of both entrances just waiting for someone to come to them. This was annoying. This is what frustrated me. This is when I realized I was playing with a bunch of Wussies. They care so much about their K.D. Its downright disgusting. Like your not going to get any money for having a 2.0 K.D or higher. Get up, move your feet, and quit running out the clock. Quit sitting back and waiting for people to come to you. You aim is good, so why camp? Or is your aim trash when moving and the only way you can really aim is without moving? I just want to thank everyone who slapped my ass back on Black Ops 2 for my first year playing. I seriously wouldn't have gotten better because of it. And when I got an Xbox One and Black Ops 3, Black Ops 3 you guys still showed no mercy with the extra movement mechanics. I had to learn new things and get better at that game too. Didn't take as long as BO2, but it took a out 2-3 weeks to get good. I'm by no means the absolute best, I don't sweat when I play, but I feel like I'm at least above normal. My best game to this day is 55--1 on Firing Range on Black Ops 4 in the Sniper Only Mode. The most kills I've gotten on Black Ops 3 was 96 on Combine playing Safeguard. On WWII it was 107 in the Shipment Playlist. My best FFA to this day was 30--1 Yemen on Black Ops 2. I've only had 1 nuke throughout all the Call of Duty games and that was in a Shipment match on WWII. My highest streak on that nuke was 37. I'm not the best, but I do feel confident enough to say I'm good at the game. Well at least when people aren't sitting back and pre aiming corners or doorways, waiting for someone to come to them in order to make use for their right trigger.
