These vintage fairy tales are narrated as a "story within a story" fashion as a unique way of introducing the tales one after the other. The story begins with a loving grandmother of 2 adorable little children (Judy and Peter) who snuggle up by the fireside while grandma reads them the lovely stories of Snow White, Rapunzel and Sleeping Beauty on a dull rainy afternoon. The soothing soundscape of the gentle pitter-patter of rain and a crackling fire in the background will help you feel just as cozy as Judy and Peter and they snuggle up to listen to grandma's storytelling. Eventually drifting off peacefully...just like you will :)

What I do for these storytelling videos is that I always skip to what I last remembered before I fell asleep so that way I can continue the stories and eventually hear the whole thing ^^

Joanne, you are totally right when you say to listen every night and your voice will trigger sleep. Surprisingly, this works on my dog, too. She’s a 6 month old GSD and sometimes she gets all playful right at bed time. I put on one of your collections on and she settles right down and sleeps all night. In the morning, if I put something else on, she wakes up and wants to get going. Well done!

Would it be possible to find and tell more stories that most of us have never heard before? I really enjoyed the stories from places like China, India, and especially the Amazon rainforest one, that one is really good. But now I know the ones currently uploaded backwards and forwards. And I think we can all agree everybody knows the stories of snow white, rapunzel and sleeping beauty. It would be amazing to find more stories from more places in the world that we may not necessarily be familiar with....or even know at all.

sarahsem these are the original stories as they were written in the 1800's. Not sure what you are accusing me of not telling the actual stories? Also, there are many versions. I am sure you can find other stories you like better on UA-cam.
