  • ALL NATURAL SAFE FLEA CONTROL FROM WONDERCIDE.
A GREAT PRODUCT WITHOUT THE HARMFUL AND DANGEROUS CHEMICALS.
Disclaimer: I have received no compensation, either cash or product, for this review.
A BIG SHOUTOUT TO LESLIE OVER AT CLEAN POOCH GROOMING FOR ALL OF HER LOVING CARE. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
This is a short review of the Wondercide Natural Products Flea Control spray. We tried the Ultragard from Hartz. Billy had a seizure (first ever) shortly after we put it on him.
We also tried the Seresto flea collars from Bayer. Billy seemed to go into a very low energy sate, almost comatose while he was wearing it. We removed the Seresto collar and bought the Wondercide Natural Products flea spray at our local Petland. It is all natural and contains no pyrethrin or any of the other harmful chemicals that most products of this type contain.
We are on a schedule of misting both Hannah and Billy every 2 days at this point. Also doing a lot of vacuuming to pick up any eggs that might have been laid in the carpet.
Final thoughts: This product offers a great natural alternative to exposing your pets to the harmful chemicals that are found in other flea control or prevention products. I highly recommend it.

Hi new subscriber from southeast Kentucky, I just got wondercide for my dogs and cat and got them the cedar wood scent. The cat hates the smell of it and the spray part so I have to spray it on my hands and rub in on his fur. The dogs doesn’t seem to mind the smell or the application and it seems to be helping them all very much. I’m thankful for this wondercide company.

I hope it helps them as much as it helped our dog and cat. I know fleas hate the smell of cedar. I spread a little cedar mulch in my grass and mow over it every year about this time. It makes the fleas run run away.

I've been using Cedarcide which sounds similar to Wondercide. It is made from the Red Cedar tree and is oil based. You can use it on yourself, pets and around the house. It does kill the fleas but the problem with cats is that they lick it off and it makes my cat over groom and subsequently vomit. It also only kills the live fleas, so the eggs still left on their coat that you don't comb out will hatch. The Buck Mountain Parasite Dust for Animals which is organic made with Neem powder, Diatamaceous earth and Yarrow is good as you don't need to use as much but you have the same problem as far as not getting the eggs.

Give them a good spray with it. And then spray your carpets or furniture too. It should be helpful in a short time. I think you'll be pleased with it.

Please be Cautious as it can trigger seizures. My own dog would have them hours after applying wondercide. Many people now have had the same experience but the company removes all reviews that mention it. The formula has been changed as well. And it gets many cats sick, just read the reviews on Amazon and various pet forums.

I find that difficult to believe. Have you ever read the ingredients in their products? What ingredient on that list could possibly trigger a seizure?

    • @Sunflower-lv9iu

      Magnum
I also found it difficult to believe that’s why it took a while to figure out it was the Wondercide. I now know Essential oils are well known seizure triggers.
My vet suggested I keep a date dairy of everything I used on him, from shampoos to medications, along with any episodes (every time he had a seizure).
It’s starting to warm up here in Cali so 3 weeks ago I applied Wondercide (rosemary scent) 6 hours after he had a seizure, after not having one since late October. I went to the pet store to return it thinking it was the rosemary and the lady who works there said she’s heard of that before with wondercide! I foolishly exchange it for the cedar scent thinking it was just the rosemary not the product itself. 2 days ago I used the cedar one on him before bed and in the morning he had another seizure. The first time I ever bought Wondercide was thru Amazon.. well the date I bought it was 2 months before his first seizure ever. My vet and I went thru the diary and figured out Its the wondercide causing the seizures!
Like I said it’s not uncommon but the company just hides it well. Also many, many cats get sick from it and the peppermint scent can get pets sick (With respiratory, flu like symptoms) because the peppermint acts as a cooling agent like menthol or camphor.
