How to jump in water with life vest

Do we have to jump while using life vest or we can just get in bc I hate jumping in water

Hi, I'm trying to gauge how deep a person goes into the water wearing a life jacket when jumping from different heights. Do you have any resource for this info?

mrpush it depends also about his/hers weight.for ex.weight 75 kg hight 2 m depth is arr. 1.8m to 2m.

I always do that jumping with life jacket

Isn't not safe to jump with life vest because of the Empact... It may course your heart ❤️ cardiac arrest....or even it brain will be Damaged also.
