Love how Claire emphasizes both nutrition and enjoyment in her meals! It's refreshing to see a health-focused approach that balances whole foods with the joy of seasonal flavors.
Happy belated birthday! That birthday dinner looks delicious. Great inspiration again, definitely will be adding some of these tips in my upcoming weekly menu :)
Happy birthday! Thank you for another great video. I'm trying to heal my gut and I always find new ideas in your videos or in comments you make. I hope you've had a wonderful weekend!
Instant pot is amazing for broth, and also for beans. The beans are so much better than canned- we just freeze them, and it's so convenient. The instant pot keeps my house from smelling like Lipton Landing, too, which is nice. That smell permeates 😂
I've been binge-watching a lot of your videos and loving your approach and nature to food and cooking. I love seeing how much you love tahini, I'm yet to try this combo, but I saw Ottelonghi mention that he mixes tahini, soy sauce and a bit of honey over aubergines and it sounds so good so I want to try it!
I love roasting root veggies in the Fall too! Loving rainbow carrots lately! Not sure how shipping works in different Canada territories but have you heard of or tried Alkeme GF sourdough bread??!
I have not heard of Alkeme GF sourdough bread, but I googled it, and it looks like it ships to British Columbia and Alberta! Looks like a good option if you live in those areas! 💚
I love these videos, now i need to go roast all my veggies before they go bad lol! The chicken soup looked delicious, i rarely eat meat but i may be inspired to make that. Also need to get tahini, your dressing looks yummy! Thanks Claire! 🤗💕✨
You are so welcome!! Between soups and sheet pan meals there is no need to throw out any veggies this fall! You could even make the soup with veggie broth and shredded tofu if you are looking for a fully vegetarian option (although the chicken was very good) Thank you so much for the comment!💚
I can try, although my spending is super sporadic. Some weeks I can eat a lot of leftovers from the weekend, and other times I have to buy a bunch. I do keep price in mind. Shopping in season and choosing plant based protein sources are my best budgeting tips! Hope that helps 💚
So glad you like the video, you are so welcome! I bake it at about 400 for 25 minutes! Just keep an eye on it and pull it out when it is golden! Hope that helps 💚
Good day to you, I finally published my website as a web and android developer online and put a link in the channel description, while I was developing my website I was enjoying watching your beautiful videos
Hey girl I loved this video. Love a great beet and carrot juice! Also awesome seeing all the protein you’re adding while still remaining health conscious. Just wondering do you think you still get nutrient benefits from cooked veggies? I looked up before that there is so much more benefit from eating raw veggies and it made me feel unsettled and like eating cooked veggies is a waste 😢 which stinks because I love cooked veggies too lol
So glad you like the video. So can still get plenty of nutrient benefits from cooked vegetables! Some nutrients can be reduced through cooking, but others may actually become more accessible. For example, lycopene in tomatoes and beta-carotene in carrots are easier for your body to absorb when cooked. Basically, a mix of raw and cooked veggies in your diet can offer a wide range of nutrients and benefits. Hope that helps 💚
So glad you like the videos!! I actually get them from the dispensary at our clinic! But sometimes you can find loose leaf teas at some health food stores. Hope that helps 💚
Hi 😊 Loved your video, thank you ❤ I have a question, if thats okay? Why are you eating meat? I try to eat vegetarian, but is it better for health to eat meat?
So glad you like the videos! So I used to be vegan, and I reintroduced meat, dairy and eggs back into my diet and found I felt much better. High quality meat and eggs can be a great source of protein and nutrients in the diet. But plant based sources of protein are a great option as well! If you feel good and like eating vegetarian, that is a great option for you! Hope that helps 💚
So all veggies are great sources of antioxidants! If you have osteoarthritis the more veggies in the diet the better! When it comes to RA some patients report that they feel better with just non night shade veggies, but it depends on the person! Hope that helps 💚
Love how Claire emphasizes both nutrition and enjoyment in her meals! It's refreshing to see a health-focused approach that balances whole foods with the joy of seasonal flavors.

Could you possibly do a what I spend in a week eating like this!! it always seems like it would be so expensive

Pour mon bouillon d’os je mets toujours de l’acidité qui capte le collagène même os crus. Vin blanc, jus de citron.... Bonne journée
Thank you so much for the tip on adding some acid to the broth! Thank you so much for the comment!💚
Where do you get the sourdough rye?
I get it at Emmer bakery in Toronto!
Happy belated birthday
