Gosh!!!! Is war going on in Tibet...... I heard that Tibetans are very peaceful and humble people. if so then why Chinese need to bring such a huge army. Tibetans world is with you. FREE TIBET....
Thank you so much for taking this video by risking your own life.. World can see that how Tibetans are suffering .. But truth will prevail .. Tibet is a free country & Tibet will be Free . Tibetans are totally different from china.. FREE TIBET..
especially when people are not allowed to speak their own language and are regarded as barbarous just because they are not the way your government want them to be. I believe every government of the world has it's own problems , I have a moral obligations to show solidarity for every oppressed people in the world....we are one human race .... I don't like how Chinese people get treated by their own government whenever they express their own thoughts. noone shall be opressed
@Ravensteinzh I am talkng about present not the past history.. yes in the past Tibet was are very powerful country even tibet invaded many part of china but buddhism changed them completely. Today Tibetan are humble and kind . Thats what i feel. now plz dont control my freedom of thought coz i am not in CHINA.
Yes, but it's not like these "several pieces" China was separated into were peaceful and didn't clash with each other. They fought regularly if not constantly.
I never said I blindly support free Tibet because China is communist, I am not american and communism is not bad per se (if you read Marx). Each of the countries you mention should have their own independence have different backgrounds of exploitation...and I do agree each of these countries should have the opportunity to be independent....
@cordfluidnevoie Even Marx said, "if this is Marxism then I'm not a marxist". Mandela was/is a communist and the country didn't turn into USSR. USSR, Mao's China, Khremer Rouge etc all came after already existing bloodbaths, life was cheap. There are democratic communists too btw... (I myself am somewhere in the middle)
I believe a solution is possible, history has examples and we must look for a solution. saying i am too idealistic is just too simplicistic and superficial. I listen to other's opinion and don't think I have the right to tell anyone that they should not be expressing their opinion. human lives are by far more important than ideologies. just do what is in the interest of the people who live there.
@heomak So they should keep self immolating until you come and save the day? Be realistic. The situation in Tibet is unjust, but it is what it is. Han Chinese are immigrating by the numbers into Tibet, soon Tibetans will be a minority in their own country and then they will have no claim at all to it. How are your words going to make a difference to them? The only chance they've got is to keep a little autonomy and freedom to practise their religion, encouraging them to do otherwise is pointless
@JeoninCorea why do you say China is a dark side of humanity? What has China done to you or the world? Let me help you. When was the last time China invaded another country? When did China give covert support to terrorist groups to bomb and kill around the world? For hundreds of years China has proved to be a mature and peaceful country. (apart from internal wars and that was funded by the outsiders!)
and by the way China is not Communist according to the policies and actions it takes, it is more likely a repressive country just like USA, just like Slovenia. The general atmosphere feels pretty fascist to me. Have you read 1984 by Orwell? Btw Alaska was never part of Russia as far as I have read. It always belonged to the natives who lived there much before.
u r too idealistic to be on this page the world is not as simple as u think all things ve to be taken into consideration, geo politics, history, etc the independent countries i mentioned above were at one time or another, wreaked havoc to other countries & therefore to my mind, had lost the moral 'requirement' to lecture others on independence i only ask the tibetans to face reality, be patient & try to work out something with chinese authority for their own good as violence begets violence
