I have been playing since 2 years.Currently I have no set aim routine whatsoever but earlier I used to do Kovaaks and I was Plat-DIamond in it.Warmup is key.You can spend some time in range or use outside the game applications like: Aimlabs and Kovaaks.Hopefully this will be helpful!

I use OBS to record on 1080p and then upscale the video to 4k
