Hi 👋🏻 at 5:57, Tony says the board is slippery but stable. When he says slippery does he mean there is not a lot of grip on the deck pad? Thanks! Your videos have been most helpful.

HI Laura, Tony means slippery as in the overall glide of the board. The deck pads has plenty of grip. Glad that you are enjoying our videos :)

Can you do a review of the 14 foot model?

Hi Tyler, thanks for watching. We are just waiting on the new 2022 model to arrive in stock in order for us to do a review. While only different in the looks department we are going to hold off and wait for this. Be sure to turn on notifications :)

Hi all...for all day touring (40+km), would you recommend this in the 14ft version, or the 2021 Starboard 14x28 Touring? Cheers in advance!

HI Richard, If you are looking for the most effiecnt way to cover distance then overall length is key consideration. We'd recommend the 14ft version all day long for this. With regards to the Starboard 14ft for touring the Double Chamber Deluxe is an excellent package and is extremely rigid. One also to check out from Starboard is the Starboard 14 x 28 Airline - although billed a race board, it is a hugely capable and fast tourer - think of it like a 'GT car' - you can do the family shop and school run but also cover distance fast as well as enjoy the odd track day. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

@@TheSUPCompany Cheers guys! Now thinking: Price point SIC 14ft vs Starboard14x 28... SIC shallow draft capabilities vs Starboard welded rails (longevity). Decisions decisions eh? Thanks again!
