He also played the scummy cop Kevin Mulkahey in the episode “Far Beyond The Stars” And the one alien whose name I can’t remember who wanted a hologram of Kira in the holosuite.
@@keithtorgersen9664 You're thinking of Tiron. That one's a bit more obvious in retrospect because of the voice, but since Tiron was a one-time character well before Weyoun made his first appearance, it's easy to miss on a first watch. And I'm not sure if "Beyond the Stars" quite counts, since it had _everyone_ playing roles out of their makeup as the supposed inspirations for their character.
Also, it just shows how well these characters have built relationships over the years. Kira is willing to go to bat for Quark, someone she thinks is often horrible, but because he's in need she vouches for him when she knows he is in need. They are friends through conflict.
Like she said, "consider it payback for rescuing me from the Dominion." One good turn deserves another. They became a lot more cordial with each other through shared danger, but she still busts Quark in the final episode over the betting pool for the new Kai. She's firm, but more cordial in how she handles it. And Quark accepts her put down. "Its like I always say, the more things change, the more they stay the same." The point being, life slowly going back to normal after the war. Quark will be back at his scheming, but Kira will stop his plans any opportunity she gets, since Odo was no longer around.
When Leck shot Moogie, it reminded me of a Star Trek novel(?) character who did the Kobayashi Maru simulation in a similar way. He destroyed the Kobayashi Maru because either it was bait for a trap or the Klingons would've killed the survivors anyway. I think he passed. 😅
Still a better Suicide Squad than the actual movie
🤣😂🤣😂
James Gunn would like a word…
@@agente5-sigma20 James Gunn is a joke 🤣
Better than Gunns film for sure.

And an idiot.
Can we take a moment to appreciate Jeffrey Combs's ability to play two recurring characters (Brunt and Weyoun) in the same series?
Yes we can.
Why are you asking permission? Have confidence in you opinion.
Well, I appreciate it now because until I read your comment I didn't realize that was the same actor.
@@cugamer8862 Think it's the episode The Dogs of War, they appear in back to back scenes.

Knowing that Armin Shimmerman had the Ferengi actors over to his house for rehearsals, that weekend must have been a riot.
The best Ferengi episode.

Quark also gained a lot of her trust in the time that he was helping the mini resistance on DS9
0:28 "A child" Brunt says to the Starfleet soldier
My favorite bit from him is when he calls Leck a psychopath, he really seems disturbed by him.
@@dragonstormx I think he's more surprised he doesn't care about latinum.
"The bigger the smile, the sharper the knife.".....
Can easily be done by action as well as words.
Rom running into a wall reminds me of everytime I try to teach some how to play a first person shooter.
I love this episode and ds9 really fleshed the Ferengi out. Excellent acting too all throughout!
I luv the ferengi. Lol 😀

2:06 "I surrender!" still cracks me up 😃
Funniest Trek episode ever! And you shot Moogie!!!
It doesn't happen every day Kira shows appreciation for Quark.
They are so chaotic 😂
🛸 Why doesn't Leck have his own ship?
I would think that he would need at least one in his line of work.
0:44 what Are we? Some kinda suicide squad
cool knife. is the room made of wood?
love this part when quark gets shot 1:59
"Did you say ship?" I love that quote.
Do these Ferengi shoot better than stormtroopers?
2:09 shoot em
No no no mamamai let me go.
whoooo you sick i tell yeah 2:32
The part in the Holodeck was hilarious.
Why we are here, right.
They are like a bunch of annoyed DND players together.
I love how obnoxiously Brunt comes in with his clapping.
Kind of wish we got more episodes like this. An insight to different species and how they operate and function.
Does it look to anyone else like Leck is smiling when Brunt calls him a psychopath?
He takes pride in his work as an Eliminator 🤣
“Nobody likes Liquidators…”
"I'll show him who's a psychopath"
🔪🩸
well who doesn't like compliments
YOU SHOT MOOGIE!!!!
We weren't going to rescue her so i put her out of her misery
Mike Johnson LOL!!!
As Kyle from South Park says "You bastard,".
@@mikejohnson3387 that had me dying!!! Freaking hilarious!
0:58 "Nobody likes liquidators. Or even ex liquidators"
I want a compilation of Rom gasping 'Liquidator Brunt!'. It's probably only a couple times but I think I remember being a running gag.
My favorite is Rom running into the wall.
He's not to be trusted... Neither am I 😂 love that cause its so true but he's so proud of it like a true ferrangi
2:13 panicked xcom soldier shooting fellow teammates the second a second shoes up
It angers me that quark isn't in the new shows. Even if they have to recast he is a great character.
I'll just get back to my ship and leave.
Did you say ship?
“Fine. I’ll just get in MY SHIP..and leave.”
Jeffrey Combs is awesome 😅
Leck is the shiznit
This is one of the funniest scenes in DS9!
Music non-stop... Iggy Pop.
