Eminem's talent is undeniable. There's alot of racists in hip hop that hate on him, but people that understand hip hop and word play can see the skills. I think if em was black everyone would call him the goat. My favorite rapper of all time is biggie then pac, but em is the best rapper alive.
I think people got mad at this song not because 100% of the words that were said. But because I think society got butt hurt that two artists they listen to, to make themselves feel better about themselves. Then go and throw their moral dilemmas and showcasing the imperfection in man right back at them. It's almost like a "truth hurts" kinda thing.
This song would not fly in today's society of cancel culture lol, especially the 2nd verse. I was waiting for Chris Hansen to appear from nowhere and be like "Have a seat." I've listened to this song so many times over the years, it's one of those songs that hasn't aged well, content wise 🤣
