Would definitely love a week of workouts !! We brought a sauna about 1.5 year ago and its the best!! We use it probably 3-4 times a week wheb the kids are in bed, best unwind

Yassssss this is the video I’ve been waiting for 👏🏼 Also, have you tried LifeSpace multi spectrum probiotics before? I ran out for a week, ordered click and collect at my local chemist (it was half price there) and he didn’t get them in for a further week. I was crying from the bloating. I felt like there was a bacterial thing happening too. Nothing helped. Nothing. Chemist got my order in, after taking them again for a few days, all was resolved 😌 Also have to take a Swisse magnesium ultiboost before bed so the bloating can escape and I can relax enough to not wake up every hour🙈 I have anxiety and am very tense so if I forget relaxing magnesium, that creates problems too. Thank you for this vlog! 🙂
Absolutely love your vlogs! I would really love to see a week of workouts. I’m a stay at home mum to 4 beautiful kiddies (12yr old daughter, 6yr old son, 2yr old daughter & 16 month old son) and have recently lost 10 kilos to diet change alone but would love to incorporate a workout into my daily routine as I have another 15 or so to lose. Plus a lot of toning. I really struggle with finding the time with my two littles though as they’re both super clingy and not great sleepers and my toddler is still breast fed.. as soon as I’m up in the morning, so are they. I currently do 2-3 workouts per week but would love to get to 5.
Hi lovely sorry back again I do have a question what is your view on supergreens as I use to take natures way supergreens powder in water and I use to have vital pea protein powder aswell......which protein you think better the one you use? Do they have vanilla? I also have stomach issues lactose intolerant and IBS and reflux.

Don’t mean to sound creepy but I can really see your body getting more defined, especially abs, thighs and upper back. Do you think it’s because you gave up alcohol? Or is it just consistent workouts?
