AY-3-8912 MIDI Sound Device

Today we have an older noise maker chip all the way from 1978 the AY-3-8912. while not the most capable chip, it does have the advantage of being easy to use, and this chip looks to have been recently manufactured so they should be available to those of you playing at home. Now lets see what we can do with it.
