I was nearby there that day, there was 45cm new snow and no wind that night (which normally blows it all away by the morning). Super soft and amazing! It was a lovely way to end the Spring season!

@@charcuteribecause @spacemonkey7461 is a pro rider and he ride only burton high end stuffs, cause they are better than anything else, or prolly because his mind is stuck at ‘80 with normal classic bindings(nothing wrong with that) and he doesnt need any upgrade 🤷♂️

@@charcuteriBecause it's so, so Johnathan Buckhouse kinda style that in his apparent contract with Clew it states that he has to show the step-in process every x times per video. It's just not core SNB but the Capita Aeronaut (Arthur Longo) is. No core SNBer and especially hardly any expert SNBer are rocking them. But then again, f*ck gatekeeping and if he likes it, all the more power to him: Whatever floats his boat.

I cannot wait until I start learning this winter! Still have to find some cheap but good bindings, the ones I bought are old k2 step ins but the boots that came with it were broken, and I couldn’t find any replacements. But none the less I’m excited! Definitely one of my favorite creators on UA-cam!

My wife and i where at cardrona at the end of August for the junior world championship.
It was hot but the snow was slushy slow but super fun.
My buddy and I were up TC instead of Cardies. Such an epic day! Are you still in NZ? If so reach out and I'll take you for some Spring Slush laps at Mt Ruapehu.

willow is the best ungroomed lane with lift in cardrona, I was there but the snow wasn’t that good. A journey there in such fine day’s gonna be dope ❤

Just had my first day there and you’re right!
That snowboard was wicked stiff for me. I tried a demo on it, i have no idea how Longo boots off that thing. I experienced no pop. Maybe it was too big for me as im smaller

Cardrona do help out with lift passes. But it is also my favourite spot. Video from Treble Cone coming soon!

@@MysticOzzy lol this is what c RS cracks me up when people talk about the clew. You can remove them like regular bindings. You have the option of straps or the strap in system. Best of both worlds. They work great and ride great. No complaints

It’s a bit more simple to edit the GoPro footage and better quality.
