I didn't realize Sweetwater offered this level of service. Just bought my new guitar a few weeks ago.
Mine came with no choices, photos, or inspection paper, nor signs it had even been looked at by a tech. It appeared that the original factory stickers were still sealing up the box. The p/up selector switch screws were floppy loose; just enough to hold it in, no more. No big deal to fix, but now I feel a little slighted. Still happy with the guitar though.

She's awesome, this is the best S guitar that's not premium/prestige by far IMO. Love the binding and the inlays on the neck. Plays like a dream! :-)
Maybe Ibanez will release one that matches her purple quilted custom shop one. One can hope!

I don’t believe this. My bbne2 bass came with scratches. Never will buy from sweetwater again. And yes, I waited 24 hours to open my bass and no I did not receive any photos of the bass I ordered.
