In the beginning of this particular war which started with invasion, Russia was using thermite bombs in Ukrainian cities on civilian targets thus essentially giving Ukraine permission to use thermite on them in the future. We are now beginning to see the results of that initial Russian decision.

Quick search says 4400. (2400C). Still enough to ruin your day. I imagine in an enclosed space - maybe armor, with fuel and munition burnoff that additional 600 degree rise is possible.
