    And this is the type of video that all his deluded haters need to watch to understand that “tap ins” aren’t just “tap ins”, not his at least. Ronaldo’s “easy goals” are only easy because of the space he creates. Definitely the most underrated quality of CR7.

      No, people hate because CR7 dicksuckers say he is the best in the world yet he cant take on players, drop deep to influence a game, he cant play intricate one two passes, cant loft a ball over the defensive line, cant thread a through ball through the defence, goes down at the slightest touch, his free kick conversion is terrible and he only shows up when his team shows up and is assisting him.The guy is great GOALSCORER no doubt but the people who lack intellegiance are his loyal fans who say he is the most complete. They literally dont know football and understand the game of football whatsoever. He isnt even the greatest goalscorer anymore and isnt even top 2 in the world. Disagree all you want but i bring facts to this arguement and i guarentee nobody can logically counter argue what i just said. I'll ask you what i ask every CR7 fanboy and hopefully you can give me a logical answer, what does he actually offer apart from scoring goals? When you can answer that logically then he is the best in the world, otherwise dont say that people lack intelligiance when it comes to the game of football because CR7 fans are literally the worse at analysing the game and i get proven right every time.

      @j.phrost7911 6 років тому +57

      DBoyJR187 He can dribble and used take on players back in the days but rn his style of play is more of a poacher, he doesn't need to drop deep as hes a poacher and benzema plays as a false 9 t drop deep, if cr7 drops deep theres no one on the final third, and his intricate passing isnt real madrids play like peps city and thats not the position to do it reallg, lofting a ball is used mostly by full backs or deep lying playmakers as lofting needs space for it to be executed but might also be cr7 a bit weak in it but he really doesnt need it cuz he cuts into box, and cmon I saw him doing threaded through passes when hes a bit deep but again hes a poacher, I cant argue with him being fallin over most of the time, its annoying sometimes and his freekicks used to be decent but now they r terrible. This season his form has not been the best but he regained some now and he's probably on his decline (I think hes 32 now) and yes his main contribution is in goalscoring and the fact the ur saying he doesn't offer anything other than that is arguable as the other aspects such as advanced playmaking or linking up the play is already done by his team mates and thats why u play as a team to fill in the gaps really.

    For me the best one is against Juventus 2017 UCL final second goal. No one was moving in the box except Ronaldo. He anticipated where will the ball go after Modric crosses. Man, I tell you that was a fantastic piece of genius example.

  • @albdeno
    @albdeno 6 років тому +63

    That fake dart thou genius movie he know that the defenders have to start moving before the ball comes to him and anticipate him cause he know that they know that if he start running they can't catch him if they don't have anticipation on him, and he use this to his advantage. But anyway i can see the hard work that other teammates do in training they always know where he is going to be and put the ball there they don't just cross it strait to him and you can see especially Marcelo work very good with him. But to not forget that you have to get credit to Benzema i kind of feel bad for him cause he know he isn't getting any ball but still works his way around the defenders creating space for C.Ronaldo he pull them off from him and the fact that he always stay very close to the top line defend give a lot of space for C.Ronaldo to close from behind with his speed. I think it's a team effort not just C.Ronaldo.

    people who don’t know sh*t about football call him tapinaldo.
    He’s a genius in positioning. He makes it look so easy but it’s not.
    He might not be as skillful as he was in manchester but he’s one hell of a finisher.
    He does his job well and doesn’t care what people say.
    At the end he’s winning trophies and ya’ll can call him Tapinaldo and Penaldo as much as u want.

    This is a player who can score in any position, and situation, and in times of need. The speed, the optimization, the focus, and the need to take over the match without ball dominating is simple brilliance. It is why we see his teams winning 4 Cl in 5 seasons along with 2 international titles to boot. This is important to understand especially when people talk about how Messi makes his teammates better because of dribbling and passing. It is important to understand that even if they say stats don’t matter, they are hypocrites because dribbles and passes are stats measured. It is not so much that dribbling and passing makes teammates better, but it is how you sacrifice your game for the team so your teammates Flourish. Messi fanboys don’t understand that. They would rather jerk iff to stats and highlights but in reality, you rarely ever believed that they watched the matches.
    It is simply because no one really ever does besides Spaniards. When people watch him or them play, it is through major tournaments in champions league and international competitions. That is where a lot of people will watch football. Because when you actually watch both of them in major tournament matches, Messi more often than not puts up stinkers than Ronaldo does in many big situations. His dribbles are overrated in a sense that they LOOK for space rather than create in many cases. Look at the number of times Messi has been picked off!!! Its not a joke nor is he consistent and efficient! The passes are simple feeds, and these fans are like “oh my god its magical!!!!” Wtf???? This guy relies on ball dominating! His lack of fundamental trickery and skill combined with his lack of ability to score in tough situations SHOWS in these games!!!! His lack of optimization in the runs hinders him and his teammates ability to flourish is many of these situations!
    So, when people say Missy is better because he has this vision and dribbles, they are really playing themselves. Fucked up finals because your teammates aren’t playing well is because YOU have NOT played well yourself al a fucking LEADER. I’ve been saying this for way too long! Time and time again, Messi disappoints a lot more football fans than what his fanboys think. But it will not matter, because people are way too busy jerking off to dribbles and passes and whoever has the ball on his feet rather than taking a look at the game in Situ. They would rather push media narrative’s towards others instead of letting others enjoy the game as is! So yeah Messi fuckboys, children will learn that it is OK not to win and you will still be called the best. Wtf is wrong with society????! the FUCK man.....

    3:58 I've never seen a player SO god damn aware. He could see that from Modrics run, and the defender being infront of him, and the speed of the ball that Modric was gonna have to CUT the ball back in. Ronaldo knows this and sprints in to where he thinks it will be, and VOila..... He is by FAR the best header of the ball we've ever seen, Even better than Miroslav Klose. You're awesome man, you see what i see. You notice Ronaldo ALWAYS wants the ball, he is ALWAYS attackings, no matter where on the pitch he's calling for it. You see him CONSTANTLY getting in space, and to make sure his teamate knows what he's doing, he's point saying "In front of me" and Points right where he wants it. Notice Messi Rarely calls for the ball, he'll pass the ball and kinda just stand there, he doesn't make NEARLY as many runs like Ronaldo, I'd say Ronaldo's Off the ball skill, Movement and anticitpation is just as good as Messi's Dribbling.

      "I'd say Ronaldo's Off the ball skill, Movement and anticitpation is just as good as Messi's Dribbling." --- that and his positional sense are his two talents.
      Messi is VERY talented WITH the ball while CR7 is VERY talented WITHOUT it. CR7 makes it look VERY easy but it is in fact a difficult thing to do: ofc, many other strikers can do it too, but not as often nor with his proficiency.

    I love how he always wants the ball, and he tells you EXACTLY where he wants you to put it and how fast he wants it. Anytime he starts most of these runs, he's not expecting lads to do world class wonder passes that split 8 players and JUST slow down enough for him to pick it up. The man points the direction and rough area he wants it and calls for the ball and starts sprinting towards where he asked you to put it for him... legend

      That's because you, and everybody else (including the camera's that are filming the game) are focusing on the ball and whoever has it, so it's difficult to see: it's only when you can see the replay and check what he did in the build up that you can grasp how he does it.
      This is actually the reason Messi is believed to be much more liked over CR7: what he does, he does it WITH the ball and, since all eyes (and cameras) are focused on the ball and whoever has it, they can see how great Messi is.
      However, this doesn't happen with CR7. Why? Because his genius is WITHOUT the ball, and since all eyes (and cameras) are ON THE BALL, it's actually quite easy to miss, thus usually requiring replays to really grasp it.
      CR7 is just as talented as Messi, but CR7's talents are WITHOUT the ball while Messi's talent is WITH the ball. CR7's talents are his off-the-ball movements and his positional sense.

    In my opinion this is the most important quality in football, more so then dribbling. Dribbling is visually pleasing, but players like Andy Cole and Filippo Inzaghi were also great at this. Andy Cole is the most underrated footballer on the planet, because so few recognize this skill. It actually takes some intelligence to think about this aspect of a game. Ronaldo is just on a whole other level when it comes to off the ball movement and positioning, getting to all those tap ins and actually having all those chances is more difficult then it looks. Andy Cole scored 187 premier league goals, he did not take penalties. Thierry Henry for example is someways behind him, but Andy Cole is never mentioned up there with Premier Leagues greatest players, and he is the second best player i have ever seen when it comes to off the ball movement and positioning. Scoring goals is what wins you matches, and there is no attribute more important to scoring goals then this once.

      To be honest, Messi does it too very well, he even instructs players like Dembele to get into certain positions. But CR7 is now a CF and his off the ball ability has become probably his strongest attribute. When you're aging and haven't got the same skinny legs that used to dribble like crazy through players, you have to adapt. CR7 has done that, he's almost a completely different player compared to his younger days or even 5 years ago.

      Steven Yeh I got the point and I have no doubt about that.The thing is without a great pass with a well weight all runnings and ultra celever movements will be useless.I'm sure you've played football and it doesnt matter which position you've played in you should know how important weight of pass is.So this two things(great movement and great pass) have to work together.
