I normally have 2 full squads running and it is amazing to see those players 3/4 seasons later once they get really good. I think the fact that this year they start you with a youth squad is brilliant as well.

For example the best 16 years old fifa Carreer mode players or the best fifa 21 wonderkids under 1 million euros (I am from Greece and in Greece we use euros only).

If u have it set in strict negotiations and your in a league lower then the leagues most of these kids are in then it will be tough to sign them kinda like what happened to me with dundalk in the Irish league trying to sign any premier league player but they didn't want to relocate
