Maam, in the last video, you said..C is stranger to contract if the contract is not in writing,. So i can conclude that , in _stranger to a contract_ cases, contract are not in writing.
So when we are studing the exception to strange to a contract why the contract needed to be in writing? 2:30

No.. you are referring to difference between stranger to contract and consideration. That concept was different.. here only under certain exceptional cases contract must be in writing. It is because we need some proof of benefit to stranger to enable him to file a case

But
Sale of goods act k sec 40 main likha hai deterioration ka damages will be borne by buyer
Ab ye dono main se konsa sahi hai main ......????

Carrier bhi toh buyer hi bhejta hai na. Buyer will bear means he can then recover it from the carrier
