@@saddaddrummer dwellings existed without toilets and bathrooms for millennia. Provided sanitation was managed in some way other than via indoor plumbing, living in them would certainly be possible.

A slight tilt on the stove floor with a half pipe to catching the liquid and lead it back out again. Great designs. Simple and efficient.
