This is a duet of Dutch schlager singer Vader Abraham (Pierre Kartner) and singer Mieke with the song 'Zomertijd' (Summertime), performed in the TROS tv-program 'Op Losse Groeven' of July 19, 1975.

We officially welcomed summer at 5:14 AM. My favorite time of the year, Spring & Summer. My yard is no longer empty as it once again filled with Gods Amazing splendor.The birds are singing so joyfully, the squirrels are playing so happily, the insects are dashing and darting by, the butterflies, one of God's most exquisite creatures, are fluttering around so gracefully in the sun filled skies. As the sun goes down and dusk begins to fall, the return of the firefly (God's Little Laterns) filling the night time sky. Watching the countless number of of fireflies over the the hills and field, flashing their light like a beacon of 'hope' in dark summer night. It just gives me such a calming, peaceful feeling. How fortunate we are to be able to hear, see, and feel it all... The Best things in life... are truly free!
