I had a Dexa scan last week. I am 41/F and was in the top 1% for low Bf in my age group. The grad student was really curious about me. I’m at 71 on the bone density centile. She was really thrilled. I’m even more motivated!
I’ve been on the fence about stepping on stage for the first time in a decade. I’m 44, lifetime natty. After listening to this, I think it’s time to push harder and step back on stage.
Rob, This was an inspirational video, but I'm commenting because I needed to reach out to you TODAY about an incident which occurred that could have changed my life today in a very negative manner. I'm rapidly approaching my 2-year Carniversary after resurrecting my health with the Carnivore WOE after being in a REALLY bad place health wise in November '22. I often tell folks that Carnivore saved my life, which I truly believe. After a year on Carnivore, I reversed several chronic illnesses, and ditched my CPAP this past summer. I lost 25% of by bodyweight as a bonus. I've often said that I "feel damn near bulletproof" and recently changed it to being "kryptonite proof" after 2 years of Carnivore in reference to a recent Carnivore video, where the influencer flashed an image of Superman's torso (don't remember whose video). Today, I narrowly missed being mowed down by an idiot young male minivan driver that would have hit my shopping cart head on, as he jerked the wheel and left hard out of a parking stall, like a drag car letting go of the Trans-brake at 5 grand. Luckily, my heightened senses and instinct from the Carnivore WOE, along with my essentially fasted state (only coffee today) after last night's steak, burgers and 6 eggs from "early" and "late" dinners, rigjt after a home training session. Two years ago, my #1 affliction was chronic pain and inflammation to the point that I could barely move at work. Had this incident occurred 2 years ago, I know that I wouldn't have been able to get out of the way, because he clipped my cart at the handle bar with his driver'sside mirror, so he would have hit nailed me with the corner of the bumper, stimulating an instant ambulance ride. This 53 year old subscribes to your philosophy of eating and training to prepare for ANY life and death situations as you commonly have referred to the last couple of years. After being in a very dark place two years ago, I celebrate life and the opportunity to become a better man in every way, every day, and am working on building functional muscle with my new favorite workout bench, the V-Dip. Now, I can do Gironda Dips! You better believe that I thanked God afterwards and said a prayer of thanks for discovering Carnivore 2 years ago. I hope this inspires someone to get off their a$$ and try Carnivore (or at least low carb without seed oils and processed food/grains). Thank you for all that you do!!! You encouraged me to begin training once I experienced a period of healing.

Instant subscribe. That message about improvement and declination is true. Just like in business, if you're not growing you're dying. !
@@waynesanders1406 thank you so much!!!
Powerful words, coach! Thank you for making us all better
Very inspirational! When you used that brain term it reminded me of David Goggins saying “do something that sucks every single day.”

Thank you for the motivation! I will remember that concept: "Be in the 1 percent of my age group."

41/F. I’m so excited for this series!
My husband rucks and I carry a 17lb little old doggy in a front carrier 😂
Never heard of rucking. Guess I’ll know pretty soon
Been looking forward to this
