He may not guarantee crits, but he can provide a star burst of 20 (2 bursts if you add a star CE), crit damage for Mori, star weight down on himself and an ATK + NP steroid. Or is Mozart honestly better from your experience? I plan on rolling Mori when he returns.

What’s preventing Mori’s third skill from activating death on the 3rd turn using it? Is it a command code?
Mori's 3rd skill doesn't kill him, it just has an extra effect if he dies while it's active
