Have you thought about doing team rando races or team bingos ? Having the teams spliting their tasks and trying to communicate accuratly while doing bosses could be fun to do and challenging
We have done some team stuff in the past, and it can be fun yeah, I guess we just haven't really brought it up/have had enough people around at once lately to play
