    Was this serious not randomized? What’s up Germany? And will be interesting to know outcomes in 15 years when redo valve is needed.

    A lot of exceptions:
    "Patients with untreated and clinically significant coronary artery disease were excluded to avoid concomitant SAVR and coronary-artery bypass grafting, which is associated with an increased surgical risk. Patients who had undergone previous cardiac surgery, had bicuspid aortic-valve or other valvular heart disease, or had associated diseases warranting additional surgical t treatment."
