Uri best interview yet. Loved his upswing course. That KQo pure call on a 2x over bet on 952r is just amazing how probably 99% of pool is snap folding there. Great podcast Charlie
Amazing talk! I think you pointed to what i believe is the most fascinating approach to the the game: the supreme middle way between "pure gto" and "pure exploitative" strategies; or the perfect blend that results in a gto based exploitative approach. Uri really presents it with mastery, thanks to you both!
My goodness that B v b spot uri was talking about opened up a vault of ideas I subconsciously had conjured up. Cant wait to thrash the live tables tonight.
High stakes crusher Steffen Sontheimer said if he had to be stranded on an island and could only take three people with him with whom he would chat poker with, Uti Peleg would be one of them 🔥🔥 🔥🔥🔥
He shows his career graph at the beginning of one of the videos he did for runitonce elite. I think it was a 10kNL play and explain. Rest assured he's beating 1kNL lol.
Charlie, in response to your request for parenting tips, you too Uri... It is impossible to read out loud to your child too much. It is impossible to start too early as well. Children's books are fine, nothing wrong with them, but don't be afraid to mix in "better books" as well. Think about how children learn language. Don't be afraid to start reading "David Copperfield" out loud to your child as early as 9 months. I am being totally serious. Best of luck and enjoy the journey. 🤔🙏
You won't see Uri's graphs like anywhere for the last 3-4 years. Most of this talk is triviality repeated in 10 different ways. But kudos for anyone (including Charlie) who doesnt have any proof of winning for the last couple of years and still being able to sell their courses. They are surely better salesmen than poker players.
I've played 5k+ for the last 5 years or so and I have never shared any of my material or study methods (besides guys im backing). The very top guys generally don't share material outside of a small circle. Having said that Uri clearly understands the game and I'm sure could beat some high stakes games.
Uri has been crushing the games for decades now, and still is. Perhaps your opinion of him is more about making yourself feel better. He's a beast, many pros regularly credit him for having a huge impact on their game, high stakes players are hiring him to coach them at the nosebleeds and you think he's talking nonsense? His course is amazing btw, I have it and it made me see things in a completely different way. He's a super smart guy. Perhaps be more open to seeing things from a different point of view.

I'm getting extremely good vibes from Uri, seems like an amazing guy and obviously sick poker player. Loved this one.
Someone need to teach Charlie humility. The fact that every sentence he says about himself is a huge compliment might be viewed as a bit subjective.
You see him for what he is
Who gives a fuck? Is it not deserved? Grow up man 😂
Hes just another fake ass hippy pretending not to be everything he is
Uri understands the “why” like no other.
Uri is an actual legend. Always happy to hear him talking.
Delighted to see you guys collab, never clicked a podcast quicker.

This is awesome to see. Big fan of both of you
Charlie got uri's best in this podcast !! Great conversation, very much appreciate the insights
My preflop foundation came from Uri's 200bb live ranges I purchased from Guerrilla Poker when I was first pursuing poker full time.

Hi Charlie. Can you get Talal Shekerchi on your podcast. Hes an interesting guy.
Pretty much my favorite poker guy to listen to (maybe besides Charlie), wish he played MTTs as well
I love how uri asked do u know even fundamentals....
I pressed the Like button three times.
Ask Uru to come back, please! 🎉
Very good chemistry! Seems like the ending is cut off though? Missing the super secret final tips??
really informative!
Never heard of Siri but what an awesome guest!
My Precious Uri!!!
This was a VERY good/interesting podcast
Do you have any sample from nl1k to be so sure you beat it?

Best live cash 2800?
April fools? Uri is not gto😆😆
phil ivey in the 1980s? He was a kid:)
wow, that was inspiring
Epiphanypojer 😂😂😂😂
Charlie, you would be the first one making mistakes on that T9x-r by constructing your cbetting range very poorly ;)
hahah, what happened to fuck GTO Charley??

Okay my question is, what stake do you think neither of these players are beating, because you’re talking a lot but not really saying much

Wtf is trading
The whole point of GTO is that it is a defensive strategy. Therefore, by definition, it is NOT optimal.
Optimal is winning as much as possible.
This is a bad take. If by GTO you mean solver strategies then you’re just wrong

The guy suggests he could beat 200NL but chooses to spend his time coaching poker and trading.. don't stack up to me..
You’re thinking of someone else, not Uri Peleg. He has beaten up to 10kNL.
maybe because it can be more lucrative to coach a bunch of people than grind 200nl

My little baby
Uro has played played and beaten extremely high limits and has made serious money. However, he most likes finding berry patches and hunts them out.
Should have gotten Anti_GTO 50z-200z crusher for much less $$$
