  • In this video, Benny and Matt take matters into their own hands! Polaris did not skillfully craft a usable fairlead mounting plate onto the RZR XP Turbo S chassis. With a little bit of elbow grease and specialty tools, the boys make it work. And it looks GOOD!

Instead of welding a plate on there for the pull hook. Why don’t you design a new hook that will be beefier. You would be able to use the same mounting location. Upgrade the hardware, beef up the tie down point, and you’ll be good to go. Would be easier than grinding and welding a new plate onto the car just to have to drill holes and beef up the tie down point anyway

What's up brother! Been a long time. We've been thinking of a way to get at this and the only thing concerns me is that if we're going to up the recovery point (tow hook), we probably need to upgrade the the front plate as well. Currently, that front plate appears to be a .0598 gauge (still have to confirm that), and I' like to move that up to 1/8" at the very least. We're still thinking about this, but I'm about to call it after this weekend. Going toy hauler shopping brother. :)
