He appears to breathing in through the mouth... I have heard it is important to breath in through the nose so that the sympathetic ns (fight flight) does not get triggered. Can you comment?
When I'm at about a dozen or so breath cycles in, I yawn. Then again a couple more times with a few to several cycles in between. Questions: does this mean I have to do extra breathing cycles because i'm yawning in between? And if so, how many extra - do I have to keep going until I can do 30 straight without yawning? And also, why in the world am I yawning?!?! note: that this happens after a very good full night sleep, I'm not yawning because I'm sleepy, or wanting to take a nap. I'd also like to add that I don't feel any tingling.

This benefited me alot u got any more techniques to help bring oxygen to my brain. I think my brain had lack of oxygen which reduced blood in brain.
