    This is awesome. I’m preparing to build something similar and I’ve been debating on of I should build a small shed or something big enough to be a workshop (like 12’x24’). This video makes me want to go for the big one. Well done!

    This is really amazing I'm loving this your making the best one I've seen so far that I can actually understand and it actually looks doable for us ones who can't build very well.
    You should see my pallet fence it's rough as lol.
    Nails and wire made a little makeshift kitchen for summer.
    Les go onwards to part 3.
    I actually think your way of securing the pallets to each other was brilliant and so much easier than 4×2s.

    Hello Mr. Flucker how did you attach the walls to the floor?

    • @JefferyFlucker
      @JefferyFlucker  2 роки тому +1

      I put a 2'' x 4 '' x 18'' block on the floor inside the pallet opening and secured it to the outer wall and the floor all around the base of the structure.

    I really like what you have going on. I wish I would have seen your video from the get go. Why? Because I have the same exact pallets that your working with. The other video's I saw had alright plans but not as good as yours and I'm glad I found your video because I got stuck and didn't finish my storage ahead. Watching your video has made this project more simple for me and has giving me greater hope. Thank you for sharing. Sorry if this is a daft Q but am I actually safe to use blue pallets? Different forums say they contain chemicals that might be dangerous. Whats the truth?

    • @JefferyFlucker
      @JefferyFlucker  2 роки тому

      offically I don't know I used them because they are very sturdy and are coated to resist bug infestation. What I used them for was a storage shed that is not going to be lived in so they work well for me.

    How do you have the pallets held to the floor? and is the only way the walls are connected to each other is by those square strapping pieces?

    • @johnycash99
      @johnycash99 2 роки тому

      Like I see at 9:24 how you put blocks in, but those blocks are just sitting on top of the floor correct?
      and you said you just used screws/nails to secure the pallet to those blocks?

    • @JefferyFlucker
      @JefferyFlucker  2 роки тому +1

      Hey john there are 2" X 3 3/4" blocks that are secured to the floor and secured to the bottom of each opening inside of each pallet .....and I toenail the pallets together with 3" wood screws as well
