Thank you Jatin ji. Learnt so many things about Rafi Saab and it was emotional for me to see the last part. I was six year old when Rafi Saab passed away, we were in a small village called Jashipur. My family mourned for days.

But nevertheless your massive fan base will always be there and would pass on your legacy of music to future generations, my kids too love your music despite only 10 years and less, being born after 2010 👍👌🏻

I am lucky enough to have lived in that golden era and seen him in live shows. But you are luckier for having worked together with him. Rafi Saab would sing a song until all parties were satisfied. And it was his principle that once the song is completed his job was done, I have come to realise if we were to analyse each song we would be able to write books on them. Like you said, each word, each line had hidden meanings. He did not do it deliberately, but that was his ability, an ability given to him by God. Thank you.

I would like to add something out of my emotions.....we all love and blessed to listen Rafi Sahab for peace of soul 🙏...but the song you mentioned "Hoke Majboor mujhe"......another interesting incident happened in studio I read in an article.....Manna Dey's turn was at the end....and Manna Dey Sahab was standing besides Rafi Sahab....during Manna Dey's turn and rendition.....tears came from Rafi Sahab'd eye....Rafi Sahab admired and respected Manna Dey Sahab from heart , listened to Manna Dey very much...Manna Dey Sahab also loved and praised Rafi Sahab like anything in his all interview .....what a great souls ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏

I have a thought to share with you. Sometimes I feel like you and Lalit sir ke paas abhi bhi bohut kuchh hai humein dene ke liye. Hum toh aap ke gaane and music phir se sun na chahte hain. Kuch nahi toh your son Rahul is a great singer and I think aap apne kuch gaane jo aapne 90s and 2000s mein dusron se gawaaye the unse gawaanye. Your creation last year of Mere mehboob watan was a masterpiece. UA-cam is a great medium to publish anything with minimum investment. Aur agar main dekhoon toh aapke pure pariwaar ko mata saraswati ka aashirwaad hai. Apne naye creations bhi aap aur Raahul release kar sakte hain. No need of that studio arrangement. I can feel that studio effect in both of your voices and aapke apne ghar mein hi aap kuch music arrange karke jyada se jyada video share karein. Bollywood toh khatam hai..no music comes . Saare gaane ghutne se soch kar likha jaata hai. Dil se ab koi nahi likhta. Only Arijit Singhji ke kuchh gaane hi thode sahi hote hain but lack that melody and simplicity. Your creations were awesome. Revisit it please. I use to practice some of your songs and see how melodious those are. You are a genius. Thanks Sir for these wonderful videos. Bhool chuk maaf agar kuch galat bol gaya toh. I can add Anwar Sir name too along with Sonu sir. Teri aankhon ki chahat mein , humse ka bhool hui and Dosti imtihaan Leti hai are some songs of him which matches Rafi saab voice. Jatin-ji, when talking about Rafi and composers you mention RD Burman but not Laxmikant-Pyarelal - that's really unfair. Funny, even the song you sang (Mere Dushman Tu Meri) was an LP composition. RD never really cared for or respected Rafi-saab...to have his photo on your screen ahead of Madan Mohan, Naushad, SD Burman is a travesty

Well, well, well, those were the days where love, saadgi, izzat, anger, sadness everything used to come into our lives as a poetry and thro' the voices of these great singers who were the entire music lovers family members. And Rafi's voice made every word in dictionary a melodious and sweet ones. You are absolutely right. As a remembrance and tribute for Rafi, the entire world would have contributed to get an acre of land where memories of Rafi could have been constructed as museum, his statue etc. and anybody who wants to feel Rafi's voice or learn singing could have gone and spend time there. But this world is like that. We might boast of fakely many things about the great singer, but would not give him or the God's gift the true respect once the person is gone. Slowly as the world moves fast and new generation comes up, all those beautiful songs will only remain a past listened only by people who understand and loved listening to real music.

I am from Bangladesh sir and I grew up listening to your brilliantly composed songs. You two were a massive part of my childhood and I can’t thank you enough for giving us songs that will keep on going for generations. The new songs don’t seem to stay in our minds for long but even now I can listen just the music from 90s early 2000 and narrate it without missing a lyric. Hoping to see more of your work. I feel you still have a lot left in you to give to the new generation. Thank you for giving meaning childhood, our first love , our heart breaks our aspirations a new meaning through your songs
