Good Job Chad. You really make us feel like we were there with you, your use of words and giving us information about the house is amazing. What a great home and great use of materials and colors. The house really feels modern in Africa.
THIS HOUSE IS STUNNING. IT JUST NEEDS AN INTERIOR DESIGNER. IT'S A COLLECTORS ITEM. I WOULD PRICE IT AT R35 MILLON AS IT'S A BIT DATED. IN THE MEAN TIME I WOULD RENT IT OUT TO SERIES PRODUCERS. YOU CAN EASILY GET R 100 K OR MORE MONTHLY FOR IT.
I think the house is overpriced, there isn’t anything that suggest that it’s worth that much🤷🏿♂️ it’s just big with nothing special to offer. But I love your energy🙌🏿
7:02 nice to see that even in a 50 million rand house, they still have the same solution for something that's dripping, a 2 litre ice cream container. South Africans really never throw those things out, no matter how rich they get
wow, what a house honestly speaking this house is so amazing it's better than any house I have seen. if I had R50 Million I would purchase it with no regrets.
The location is the problem bro. You could buy a beautiful home in Camp’s bay, overlooking the ocean for that, and you’ll have great schools, mountains, beaches and Vineyards all around you as your playground.
I watched the entire video waiting for that knockout feature that pushes the house to that R50m mark. It never came. Regardless of how many times he kept repeating the price tag. Pity.
No fam😕 for R50 million I don't want to see any neighbors that close. That's why I didn't consider buying this house😅, realistically not worth that price
I love the house but it just to much house for me like how is it that the main bedroom has 2 walk in closet plus 2 bathrooms 💀😭 the whole main bedroom is probably bigger then my whole house
Beautiful home but a bit dated...expected more opulence from the master suite don't like wood finishing's e.g door frames and floors....generally just don't like wood finishing's and African theme homes...must be full sheik opulence with gold finishing's and modem furniture....been living on the beach for the past four years and now its time to build my dream home.
Not all of them. The price of a property of that size that anywhere in a first world Country is Uber expensive and for Fifty Million you would get a mostly average looking home in the prime Cities of the world.
This is a R50 million home, cant the camera team open up all the stack doors to show the views and close the bloody toilets while showing the bathrooms? For heaven sake you have access to this property and do the effort of filming everything but you don't show it? open the blinds on the windows for the light to enter the house and walk out onto the balconies. Just learn how to show a property specially one that is this expensive and exclusive!
It's a beautiful home, but not R50mil. It's extremely dated, the brown doors and frames remind me of a corporate office. The gate at 17m15sec, is a major turnoff. For 50mil that gate should not be there. Honestly if feels like a Lodge more than a home. The walk in closet leaves a lot to be desired. The blinds and lack of great quality curtains also contribute to non homely feel. You'd need to redecorate after purchasing.
This house is not worth the asking price. I would not expect flickering lights in a house with this price tag. The wife probably didn't like the decor & left. Hence the empty ladies side of the closet & bath 🤦🏽♂️🤔
The review is way too long it needs to be about eight minutes and quite frankly I don’t know what it is that could actually do with this property…. I can’t imagine where you get the word "cozy" from it’s about as far removed from that as can be…..
House is beautiful but full of outdated details and features, the fact that the new owner would need to invest to upgrade something's, it's overpriced.
Architecture looks like each element was an afterthought more like add ons as we go along. Not well thought out…wooden ceiling beams need to be thicker an massive. Waste of ceiling space with no natural light coming in
@@dazd240 do you know me? No you don't. I know which factors are are considered in the valuation of properties, FYI. Absolutely overpriced. And look at the state of the exterior walls out back and the grass! And there are no features beyond a gym. For that price I'd expect a full spa, indoor pool and full home cinema at the very least. It's just a bunch of bedrooms... That current condition, location and lack of features makes me think it'll never sell for over R 20 million, forget 40...
anyone investimg a penny into a South African property who is not a "local" should have their head examed for proper functioning......the news i hear from over there from close friends and relatives does not bode well for the future of this country......and obviously ditto for a certain part of its population.....so sad really, but with decades of abuse and outright genocide the reversal of conditions sooner or later was a foregone comclusion for anyone with some wit in their head......
Architecture and Interiors are a bit outdated for R50 million. Lovely grounds though.
No one does it better than this G, a property poet

I thought I was the only one... It's really disappointing, but I think you pay more for the area than the actual house
Would love a full on home theater/cinema with R50m

Mind boggling the kind of beautiful home you can build for R1m

Be sure to cough up the montly expenses. That alone would probably be the cost of a normaL house each month.
I'd prefer a beach house for that price

Absolutely
Imagine kyalami in dry Gauteng. No beach no mountains no nature…nothing nje just dry joburg traffic and pollution…dumb investment
Noma, I get what you are saying😅, actually you've added to my points since I naturally hate Joburg, but I personally love beach houses.

This house was R23m 2 years ago, what significant changes were done?
A question that definitely needs an answer.
Maybe they were feeling spicy this year

top 5 best houses featured on the channel.
Definitely one of the best!
For a brief second I thought, ok Mark Fish is into property now.
50mil. Plus another couple mill to make it modern coz damn that furniture looks like something from a decent overnight hotel
I think diepsloot zinc shack city just few kilometres away is far better value for money.
Average property costs R1500. & free electricity
Absolutely stunning . Where's the cinema, where's the jacuzzi and the likes. But if you have a Billion, what's 50 Million?
Does it come with the furniture?
Im sceptical about buying this house
Wow R50mil those light fittings R50
This is rich ...... it's worth the money.
me who has negative balance in my bank account, putting the house in my list😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I love it
What was your favourite part?
Me too
Do you know why they replaced the thatched roof?
Kincardine Lifestyle Country Estate 👌👌
Looks strikingly like the property at Kincardine which was on the market for 40 Million a couple of years ago
It's definitely a 50mil mansion...no doubt!!! How many bedrooms is this?
Such a house deserves to sit a multiple hectare stand.
At R50mil we shouldn't be talking about using a gas stove during an outage, we should be talking about a decent solar system or a genset atleast.
My dream Home 😭😭😭😭😭😭
The master bedroom size is the size of my whole home stand 😭😭💔
Very very big house
Absolutely massive

Fell like the background music is too loud
I see lightning rods, does this house a have thatched roof covered by thatch tiles?
IT WAS RENOVATED AND CHANGED FROM THATCH TO TILES.
Is that ur own private lake?
You dont see that everyday!
Great video. Great home. Great presentation. I hope to build something like this for my family if this is off the market lol.

Fix the light in the gym room
20 million from the price tag is land and area code!
Who's buying a R50mil house in this economy.
Most likely Overseas people, that's +- $3Million to them or less depending on the exchange rate.
@@lindokuhlenxumalo7821 They quite savvy with their monies won't buy inland for that price more so being an antique house.

I don’t see R50m anywhere there. Nothing innovative
