Thanks, the company’s 420 started acting up this morning. I hopped on Amazon and picked up a carb kit with the filters, lines, plug and all for $25. I’ll be glad when it is fixed but not looking forward to removing a bit of a slab that wasn’t poured right.
Do you have any video of how to assemble the trigger switch and kill switch orange lever assembly .i have a problem with that flat piece with bends on the ends i just fell out when i was taking the carb off

Hi Iv just replaced all filters carb and lines but it will only purge the fuel if I tip the saw on the side so the return is in the fuel , any ideas? Thanks
I bought ts410 but wont prime just pressurizing fuel tank but when i take off the primer it works when i put fuel in the cap it sucks it up and pushes it out swapped lines on primer holds fuel but doesnt push it to carb any ideas? Thanks
bad carb. needle valve sounds like its stuck closed or bad diaphragm. could be pinched or kinked line or clogged fuel filter as well. tank will pressurize on its own from the gasoline evaporating.
I Dwine Cotton bought this cut off saw to use as scrapping and found it to be my first but the Best. . But as of September the 1st it started dieing on me ? The first of 2yeara i has been working it. I want to know why it dies after warming up? Chocking its self out as it dies. Thanks for your answers.
could be many things. the first thing i would do is check the spark when it dies sometimes the coil goes bad but only acts up when it gets hot. sometimes the sparkplug does the same so change it. check the compression if it and the spark are fine its fuel. make sure you are useing fresh bought today gas. all else fails do the carb like in the video.

there are 2 adjustment screws together on the carb. the one closest to the air filter counterclockwise a quarter turn

I have Stijl 420 new primer bulb fuel lines and new carb I won’t prime no matter what I do help
