what stupid friend or advisor advised this powerpoint presentation! this is something that CTA staff must do and it shud be not an excuse for PT to tour and campaign. Harvard scholar Dr. LS has done ppt countless times of times as a scholar, but he never did it even once as a Sikyong. real leaders like Modi, Biden and others don’t do ppts which makes leaders look lacking. he shud sit on a chair and talk! if he wants to be the Tibetan Sikyong, he should carry himself like one and avoid ppt whose materials are questionable, just like his “part of China” thing. PT shud stop these excuses and get back to Dhasa and do his work on those 4-5 kalonkess departments. never-ending cta-paid campaigns!

World is not like our small Tibetan world, where all posh job goes to family, relatives, and servants of big families through nepotism and regional biases. This is why we are having Khampa and Choluk issues and it will never go away with the doings of some people who are posed to grab and play the proxy power when HH is in his ripened age. Dr. LS has a Harvard PhD. and as for jobs, it's a pick and choose thing for Dr. LS!
