Steve and John Prine are the guys who send me back to the shed to keep writing. Steve has a lotta banging good lines. count the stress on just one finger
Looking at the comments from up to 10 years ago. I hope you are all well and happy. Discovered Steve Mason a few years ago. Seen him a few times live. Best gig was in Guildford when I and my friend were literally close enough to see the colour of his eyes. Brilliant version of a wonderful song. ❤️
you spend your life trying to write something brilliant using as many different instruments as you can find, then Steve Mason comes along and produces this. It's deffinately one of those "I wish I wrote this" songs
Adam Harpin Gmajor B C Gmajor B C Eminor Dmajor Eminor Dmajor Gmajor B C Gmajor B C Eminor Dmajor Eminor Dmajor Repeat accordingly Fingerpick them (The GBC Part is all built from a G chord, just switch the bass notes for G to B to C) Enjoy

Steve outside his beta band tour bus said to me “why do you like my band so much “
I replied because you are the best
I'm just sort of getting into Steve's music and his songs are top notch...

The line "Some darker part will always love you" almost makes me collaps.

@Kinokiddo at 51 seconds they're visible, seems like pretty normal teeth.
This Steve Mason is good. His own songs? Where's he based? What happened to his top row of teeth?
Pino Daniele - "Amici come prima"
I'm not trying to be funny, just asking about the man's teeth. Yes he's better than me. At what he does. That's all.
