My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. But thank God for this piece of article ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i At first he thought he had the flu and was lying down on the bed for three days until his sister took him to the hospital. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.

I can guarantee you that reversing Type II diabetes is possible...because I did it! I am a 58 yr old male who weighted 247 lbs last Feb when I started dieting. I now weigh 182 lbs and I'm on my way to a target of 168 lbs ("normal" for my height). I visited my Dr last week and had lab work done. My labs were normal WITHOUT meds ( I dropped them all, AMA, last April, so my latest labs were a solid baseline.) Let my words be a source of encouragement to all of you...Type II diabetes can be defeated!!!

Been diabetic for 23 years. Have eaten strict keto (25 carbs or less per day) for 5 years. Have done 15 seven day water fasts and everything in between. Still diabetic. A1C is/was about 6.2. Didn't lose weight. Been doing carnivore since January of 2023. Looking forward to my next A1c on April fools.🙄👍 That being aaid, I will NEVER eat outside of carnivore (mainly) or keto. I will ALWAYS fast. No meds ... feel GREAT. Follow her advice.

some possible explanations for A1c still being elevated - stress, lack of sleep, high protein. You could try - meditation, increasing fat. One other thing that could help is supplementing with berberine. Among other things it prevents your liver from excreting too much glucose into the bloodstream. Also, check your sugar at least in the morning and before sleep (you can buy a glucose meter on the cheap in the pharmacy/grocery). You didn't lose weight on 7 day water fasts?

I can't afford a real blood test, so I just do my finger prick test for blood sugar. When I went to the doctor my blood sugar was 260. It's been about two weeks and with metaformin and low carb diet I'm at 153. How long will it take to get to the normal blood sugar? I feel like it's going slow. Should it be going faster? Thanks.

I was diagnosed last month with an a1c of 14.8, type 2, while I was in hospital for a few nights I found someone online, and they told me to get in low carb, I did that from in the hospital, they discharged me with insulin and metformin, never took them, I've got an appointment in October so we'll see what happens, 100% my a1c should be down, light work.... Hopefully

I think that if he has been on keto quite well, doing his exercises to cut down, including the needed fastings and the visible changes are there for instance he's trimmed up,then he can start getting off those medics(the metformin) slowly,eg if he was on 3 tabs of metformin,he can come down to 1 or half, and very shortly after still strictly following the above mentioned life style he finally drops the metformin totally. My father went from taking to not taking at all(as in he did it drastically) as his organs seem to get totally drying off to separate from the rest of the body. The tongue dried at the throat level that it could fall off from the throat.Tongue went metallic with a greenish blueish colour,no taste, blistered bleeding lips, and so on.Daddy was seeing death approach and said to himself he won't remove money from his pocket to buy the fatal metformin by himself again,he will prefer to die without wasting money for such stuff again. He followed dietary, fasting, exercise, well managed stress way of life and today my Dad hasn't only drop diabetes medic.but has dropped a bunch of HB medics and he is now taking just 2.Someday even those 2 will be thrown away, reason l urge the 30 year old in diabetes patient to quit that thing.lt is killing him slowly but he won't know neither will the medical Doctor tell you so.No medical doct. advised my Dad,but he took the bull by the horn.

As for type 1 diabetes I cannot speak at all as it is not my case and you would definitely need medical supervision for that. The second I started eating a normal diet things went back to before but when I do it again it works. It’s definitely effective. This is not medical advice so speak to your doctor and if you do it keep the doctor in the loop so he can control your health.
