If teacher is given 20 questions are given in google form but child have to attempt 15 question is their conditions are they or any option
You can design the form accordingly or Leave Optional those Questions don't mark as Required

You can only control the number of responses to be filled by user, you cant make any control on duplicate, however, you can do much using Sheets functionality to filter it out.

No Such option is available, but you can do one thing - Dont give the Option to Submit Another Response.
I added form limiter but it is not showing details instead a sad face

@@sheetomatic it's sorted .. it is because of the mail id swap..
I was putting the I'd manually but settings were taking the id on my chrome browser.
So I did it from the guest account
