It is still insane for a CO-OP GAME, that Quickplay + Player Merging where not in the game on release and took about 7-8 month to be added. Good that it is here now, but you have to apologize for adding it so late and not try to sale it to us as a feature we should be proud of.
Guys.... as much as we like quality of life fixes, we actually need some new heists. We haven't got any since NOVEMBER and it is almost may... read the room. You can't except people to play the same handful of heists for that long. We got only 3 new heists since the game came out, 2 of which were classic ones and the drought has been ridiculous.

The Main Problem i think which almost every Player of your Game has, is the Longtime Playability. This Game has no fun challenges, no rewards for completing heists, a bare amount of masks (Where is the Mask Vendor with weekly rotating inventory, which you promised 2 months ago in Operation Medic Bag?), no new heists since december (Almost 5 months with no new map or challenges). Where is the „Feature“ that you can rename your Loadouts? Why isnt it in this patch? The Pace in which you release your updates is also very slow. 1 Update each Month with 3 Standard Features and 1 Granade… I wish you all the best still, but with no content is this game in the current state not fun to play.

I'm very gratefull for Payday 3 because if not Payday 3, I would probably never discover and buy Helldivers 2, which is amazing game since release, non stop, all the time.
Helldivers 2 is a game that once you play it for 10 hours you have experienced everything the game has to offer , the same missions over and over , new orders that require you to play the game the same way you have been ever session , needs a lot more then new guns on battle passes , might be an unpopular opinion but that’s the truth

At this point they have introduce like 12 plus weapons in 3 months (not including more stratagems, enemies, bioms, etc.) and PD3 nothing (only if you open your wallet you get power creep weapons, 1 enemy and 1 map)

Because modders workaround what developers left unfinished inside of the game, rather then developing the feature inside of the game. Modding is relatively easier then game development, and even that mod, with all due respect of it's developer, doesn't work properly on many of us. Game development is not that easy as you think.
Because modders don't have things like quality control and platform certification or professional/industrial standards to worry about or any reputation backlash if it sucks.

I want to be able to grind heists for XP and levels and I know that’s one of the things on the Operation Medic Bag roadmap but it’s a pain seeing each update go by and not have the XP rework which is arguably one of the most important changes in the roadmap in my opinion Me and my friends have hit a progression roadblock with the challenge system and can barely level up now so the XP rework would be the key to getting us back into the game

bro... they're struggling to implement filters that pick by either loud or stealth. consider that what you're asking for is a monumental task compared to loud/stealth filters, and they can't even do that.
The game will be abandoned by the end of the year. According to the contract, they were given money to support the game for a year after release, and they are also obliged to release 3 more DLCs because they promised them in a silver and gold edition.
They MUST release it. They already sold the season pass, they are legally obligated but I think they will just develop to a playable game, release the dlcs and then leave any development.
in payday 2 i was staying alone in a lobby, for an hour or so then someone came in and we played like 7/8 heists together and he friended me. we still play day to day, this happened 4 years ago
You really have to consider putting more RNG in your heists. This is what made them more replayable in pd2. The amount of heists rn would be enough for now if there were different approaches, different events that can literally change the pace of a heist, if it makes it harder or easier doesn't matter but the more of those features exist the more often people want to replay your mission to experience the heist in a different way almost every time I really hope you have plans for this because this is literally what made payday unique. Cos the heists were literally unique themselves
Only thing missing is word on additional level content. Roadmap DLC or additional legacy heist would be great, the current selection is growing stale. Other than that, excited at the progress being made
I think that the perfect roadmap would be just LEGACY HEIST and nothing more, payday 2 was really really fun it just needed a more stable engine, animations, graphics and there. Gameplay wise it was superior.
I feel like adding a dlc where you triumph over italian mobsters and get a mob boss heister would be a perfect addition to the game and with payday 3 being set in new york, the pieces just fall into place.

I came back to PD3 for few days lately just because I can cheese Road Rage under 5 minutes. And that's it. This is absolutely dismal approach. We are deep in early beta, introducing first version of pseudo-quickplay and 'implementing fixes for the most commonly reccuring crashes', freaking skipping intros, you cannot make this crap up. How criminally out of touch with reality you must be to present this as an effort of dedicated team to save this so-called game... Like is really everyone completely mental in that company? This (should've been in game in better state at launch) is candidate for minor patch update that gets only few lines in patch notes, not a dedicated video-proof of an "effort" what the actual fck. Meanwhile some 'random' dude is able to mod whole functional server browser with regional servers, number of players, maps etc. that instantly joins you to any game in his free time and dump it for everyone to use for free. I'm not even mentioning any competition because I would go to jail for extreme humiliation. I don't even care that much for this game, I didn't play PD2, with 0 expectations I'm already disappointed beyond belief, but I just cannot fathom what is happening, for what are you still getting paid, WHAT ARE YOU ACTUALLY DOING SBZ people??!?! Your bosses got too greedy and wanted their payday early. Now the heist has gone bad and you aren't getting any of the loot you could have been getting if the game had been completed at launch.
Readding features that you'd expect on launch won't really do much, cuz the core game sucks. The skill tree, loud gameplay, stealth gameplay, UI and more is so bare bones, it genuinely is depressing to look at. The only way I see this title ever making a comeback is though a entire product overhaul, redesign everything and don't force this game to be different from PD2 or PD:TH.
Quickplay and keeping parties is definitely a huge step towards making the game more playable, keep it up yall. I really want this game to make a comeback. 🙏

the biggest problem are the weapons its so boring to play the same weapons over and over again + most of them are so weak 😴

How was a modder able to give us a server browser faster than you people when we've been asking for months?
because they didn’t. they unlocked an unfinished portion of code that allowed for solo loading, but there was no online server functionality.

I am beyond disappointed in you Starbreeze. If you actually cared about the game, you'd make a real effort to be efficient with fixing it. You can't drip feed basic features when your game is barely pushing 200 players.

Watch people not remember to vote to skip intro/turn on the setting. Should've had that be up to just the host, just like the better game in this series.
Another issue is there is no host. You can't even kick griefers who stay off the escape to farm kills
u can download a MOD(!!!) that will skip intro on every map

You need to do an extreme update to this game to eliminate the stutters during the game. This game stutters a lot while we are playing, do an extreme optimization in this game and fix this
Really good changes but idk if they will be enough.
They're definitely a good step forward compared to releasing a barebones game that barely works. Once it's fully functional, all they have to do is make it fun.

If everyone but one person votes to restart. That person is kicked from the game but not the group. It is stupid frustrating.

I came back to PD3 for few days lately just because I can cheese Road Rage under 5 minutes. And that's it.
This is absolutely dismal approach. We are deep in early beta, introducing first version of pseudo-quickplay and 'implementing fixes for the most commonly reccuring crashes', freaking skipping intros, you cannot make this crap up. How criminally out of touch with reality you must be to present this as an effort of dedicated team to save this so-called game... Like is really everyone completely mental in that company? This (should've been in game in better state at launch) is candidate for minor patch update that gets only few lines in patch notes, not a dedicated video-proof of an "effort" what the actual fck. Meanwhile some 'random' dude is able to mod whole functional server browser with regional servers, number of players, maps etc. that instantly joins you to any game in his free time and dump it for everyone to use for free. I'm not even mentioning any competition because I would go to jail for extreme humiliation.
I don't even care that much for this game, I didn't play PD2, with 0 expectations I'm already disappointed beyond belief, but I just cannot fathom what is happening, for what are you still getting paid, WHAT ARE YOU ACTUALLY DOING SBZ people??!?!

Your bosses got too greedy and wanted their payday early. Now the heist has gone bad and you aren't getting any of the loot you could have been getting if the game had been completed at launch.
Readding features that you'd expect on launch won't really do much, cuz the core game sucks. The skill tree, loud gameplay, stealth gameplay, UI and more is so bare bones, it genuinely is depressing to look at. The only way I see this title ever making a comeback is though a entire product overhaul, redesign everything and don't force this game to be different from PD2 or PD:TH.

Please, more Heists, and the ability to kill more than 4 guards. this game has so much potential especially if you look at the possibilitys in developing today and what they were at the time of payday 2 you can turn this game in an absolute hit.
Glad that everyone still seems to be employed. End of the day, game being in any quality, I don't exactly want anyone to lose their jobs.
