I'd argue it was the Princess Bride accent or the Robin Hood: Men in Tights accent long before it was the Ella Enchanted accent. It's also just called an aristocratic English accent and it's the accent Cary grew up with.

One of the best parts is that by the end you still have no idea whether he infiltrated Interpol or if he was genuinely Interpol.
I kind of like to think that he actually was interpol, but got a little too into the role, donnie brasco esque

Despereaux is hands down the best guest character psych has ever had. I think I love him more than Shawn does.
