I decided to watch this fight for the first time in a LONG time because of the "DB revisited" episode with Rainbow Dash. This has slowly become one of my favorite DBs because of the way they defied expectations and tapped into the insanity of all involved.

This isn't a copout. If they have the power to break the fourth walls, that means that they know the rules of Death Battle and thus can break said rules if they please... I guess. I loved this episode. There may not have been had any, well, death in this battle but it was a ton of fun to watch! Moral of this story, never pitch two self aware fictional characters against each other.
I knew this was a bad idea. They put two notorious fourth-wall breakers together and chaos. Not even Discord and Loki could cause that much chaos combined. Xp

Pinkie Pie lacks the ability to surpass Deadpool's healing factor, and Deadpool also lacks the ability to kill Pinkie. Excluding a ridiculous copout from the writers, being it that either one can literally pull anything from anywhere and they just grab the one thing that can kill the other, there's literally no way for either party to lose. meaning, this is exactly how the battle would have to end, more or less.

I loved this episode. There may not have been had any, well, death in this battle but it was a ton of fun to watch! Moral of this story, never pitch two self aware fictional characters against each other.

RustyRhydon , if it makes you feel any better, neither has the ability to actually kill the other. Pinkie Pie lacks the ability to surpass Deadpool's healing factor, and Deadpool also lacks the ability to kill Pinkie. Excluding a ridiculous copout from the writers, being it that either one can literally pull anything from anywhere and they just grab the one thing that can kill the other, there's literally no way for either party to lose. meaning, this is exactly how the battle would have to end, more or less.
