No way, those are at least 200 usd. The cheapest such clocks I can find are sold at Sam's Club for 99 usd. By the way, the one I'm talking about is made by Seiko but is very similar.
I have a beautiful rhythm clock. I started collecting animated and musical items for my Mother and grandchildren, whom loved them. Years since, It is still bringing fun and delight.
Are there any videos out there on how to totally take these apart. I need to know how to remove the ferris wheel with balloons from the center white gear……
They are nice and we paid top dollar... several years later the fancy rotating pieces stopped halfway thru their movement and haven't moved since. The clock still keeps time and plays the melodies. Had the front off, dusty inside, did not go further. Doubt if its worth getting fixed. H
I’ve searched specifically for many years for one of these clocks that plays “It’s a Small World” it’s a large round clock with a white background and each of the 12 numbers open up to show a dancing child wearing an international costume. Does anyone know the clock I’m talking about???
I know that, but it does not play It's a Small World. It is made by Seiko and not Rhythm. It's now discontinued and only sold in Japan but that clock is the Seiko RE540M.
Those clocks only have the melodies listed on the back, and you cannot add new songs in it. (That is, unless if your clock has the ICS system, which you can add new songs by switching cartridges. I highly doubt it though, they discontinued TWO models with this system and there is only ONE model left with this system.)
I had on of those also that stopped working. It's discontinued. I sent it to Rhythm USA in Atlanta and they sent me a "replacement" new style Rhythm clock at a hugely discounted price.
very overpriced clocks for what you get....my mantel clock was nearly $300.00 and its mostly fiberboard called about melody settings and for 16 songs it plays them randomly you don't get to pick your melody I thought for the price it should be more technologically advanced.. I had a clock in the 90's with similar features . Wish I had searched internet for better deal not worth the money
Agree. Try those 99 dollar Seiko clocks at Sam's Club. Much better value for what you pay for. Still mostly plastic but it at least has 30 or 36 or 40 melodies (the newest version has 40 melodies), and it has a much better quality sound.
I just was lucky enough to buy one of these beautiful clocks at our church rummage sale for $10. Lucky me! 😊
This can't be real! So lucky!!

My clock is stuck on Christmas songs even though I switch it back to regular - HELP! It's driving me nuts in 80 degree weather!
have you tried the reset button?
Try taking out the batteries and putting them back again, and press the reset button.
I HAVE A CLOCK, IT IS RUNNING SLOW THOUGH, I MIGHT NEED A NEW MOTOR? CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

Try Seiko clocks instead. Their sound is much better, and they are also cheaper, and lighter. You can find those at Sam's Club for only 99 usd.
The dust could be clogging up the mechanism. Spray some compressed air on the inside and see if that helps

How do I program my clock to play Heavy Metal music every hour?

I have a seiko clock qxm147brh, the music plays on the hour, but i get no movement on the crystals, do you have any idea why? Thank you
i get no chime every hour how do u fix this?
Maybe a wire has fallen off? Or it could be low battery.
@@germanschokolade64 Make sure you have your clock set to ON or "A" or "B" or "C", and make sure there is enough light.
Where are they made?
Where is the light sensor?
Where can I purchase one I’m from Canada. I’d like to invest in one, but I don’t know what website thank you.
AMAZON
I have one of these clocks😎. It is about 15 years old. How do I get repair for the motions that make so fun?
David
I would like to know also
Mine stopped keeping time who cn fix
Eveything works just doesnt keep time
There are several clock shops that let you mail in your clock for repair
Do you know anyone who repairs these? Mine still plays music but does not keep time.
I have the same question. Or where can I get it repaired in Harrisburg, PA ?
Can you fix mine from Canada 🇨🇦?
What batteries does it take I have the Snowflake -
The Snowflake takes 3 C size batteries.
How do you change the music setting. This was giv n as a gift.
my clock pointer are not moving atleast. Not sure where I need to show the clock.
charan devupalli these clocks have a light sensor on it... if the light does not hit it the music will not play and the motion will not work
Mine doesn’t go off every hour.. So if the room is too dark it won’t do anything??
Yep, it won't go off if the room is dark.
Also if it’s still not going off when the lights are on, try switching the melody switch to ON.
How do you set the time?
There should be a knob on the back of the clock that moves the hands. 👍
@@DoofenSpyroDragon16 there is no knob

Why are they so expensive for mostly plastic and mass produced in China. Otherwise I'd buy one.
Buy Seiko clocks instead. They only cost 99$ USD at Sam's Club and their sound is way better.
How to get replacement movements ?
HOW MUCH MONEY YA GOT ?
Don't think you could get one.
It's super
lights don't work on mine
AIN'T THAT A BITCH ?
Does yours have lights? Not all of them have lights. Do you know what model it is?
I'd love one but only if it didn't play music
The music can be turned off.
LOOKING FOR THAT OLDER CLOCK WHERE BOTH SIDES COME OUT TOGETHER AND DANCERS ARE DANCING. IT'S A PRETTY BIG CLOCK.. HOW CAN I BUY ONE?
I had on of those also that stopped working. It's discontinued. I sent it to Rhythm USA in Atlanta and they sent me a "replacement" new style Rhythm clock at a hugely discounted price.
Try eBay. I saw some there.
That is EXTREMELY rare. It's called the SSS Country Jamboree. I don't think it is even on eBay anymore.
Rhythm SSS Country jamboree I believe is the model you have. Or something similar to that.
Where is the reset button
The reset button is with the rest of the clock controls. Usually it's on the side of the clock.
Mine says made in Thailand... was a gift and quite expensive. Hope it lasts.
